Evan. It's OK to have a minute to breakdown to have a moment of wobble. I can see it in your face the stress the worry. Go and do something to relieve stress. A session of Boxing or something. Hit the golf course! You are doing a fantastic job but you are allowed to not be ok for a minute.

Please, please, please take Carlin for a second opinion!! These episodes have been going on for far too long, and because now they seem to be getting worse it’s getting more and more dangerous for her. I am so surprised that the doctors you’ve been seeing haven’t been able to give you any definite answers, and letting this continue is totally unacceptable. I would call the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, and self refer Carlin. The doctors at Mayo are the best of the best and will not send you home without any answers ♥️

Please, get her to the Mayo Clinic as soon as possible. This continues to be difficult to watch as your doctors don't have any answers and her episodes have gotten worse. ♡

Or the Cleveland Clinic, in Cleveland, Ohio. I was sick for 18 months, but no drs could tell me why I was sick. I saw my 8th neurologist in Cleveland and they knew immediately what was wrong with me and started tests to prove that I had what they called POTS. Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. She would need a tilt table test and one that runs radioactive dye in blood and Cardiologists see how blood flows in the body. They had me laydown and breathe only, my heart rate never went below 120 the whole time. I have seen some people with this online and it can cause seizure like symptoms. I'd say at this point, Carlin should qualify for a home health aide for times you need to go to work, run errands, doc appointments for the kids, etc. She also should be able to get an assistance dog to alert her and you that a seizure is coming.

Also I appreciate how Evan was doing things to keep her distracted so she wouldn’t have to watch her mom. At first I thought “can he get the kids away or in another room when she has a seizure” but obviously I realized “oh yeah she might have these out and about with her kids”. ps - i was my husbands boss for awhile and i was harder on him than anyone else because i didnt want anyone to think i was favoring him. take my advice and dont do that lol
My son is a electrician journeyman and yes, there are so many calls out there for jobs. Fortunately with his trade he will never have to worry about getting a new job when the time comes.
@@carolfuller7123 exactly mine is also an electrician for 32 yrs now and he's never not had work even outside his regular job there is always work on the side for him so if anything Evan can start his own at least til he got a regular 40hr job

Every time I watch these video snippets it's apparent how well they're managing everything with the children. I know it must not be easy, at all, but the love and care for those kids really shines out

As a young married couple you both are amazing role models. I have a chronic illness call myeloma (incurable blood cancer) and also am blessed to have an amazing husband cheering me on. Watching Carlin have her seizure was very emotional. I am praying that the doctors find answers soon. I am glad that they mentioned the Mayo Clinic. They are truly the best and since they know so many people travel far distances to go there, they make sure they schedule all of your tests in the time that you will be there. My heart broke into a million pieces watching Carlin like that. It reminded me so much of epilepsy convulsions from what I have seen my friends go through. I hope and pray someone can give you answers to why this keeps happening and what can be done to help Carlin

So sorry Carlin that you are still going through this. Evan you are so calm and strong. You're such a good daddy to keep your daughter calm while mommy is having a seizure. Glad Zade is going to be ok as you have so much else going on right now. I have to agree that Carlin should go to the Mayo Clinic. They are the best clinic to go to. They will be able to figure it out. My husband had back surgery there and he had been to other specialists and he got no where. Sending prayers.
Mayo Clinic is awesome! They have specialists who work hard to get all the answers & they are the nicest bunch of doctors. You can tell how much they care 😉 Please go if you get that referral 💕

My son sees a neurologist at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota and they are amazing! They don't quit until they've done every test possible. He got his seizures under control but was still having other issues so his neurologist ran every test he could and found out he can't absorb iron. Praying for you Carlin.
Prayers to your family, my dad has suffer from epilepsy for over 40 years and it took a year to get him under control but the doctors finally did and he hasn't had a seizure in over 5 years. You are an amazing family and we are all praying for good things to come your way
I'm a nurse and they need to do test with her blood clotting disorder. All of this started when she was giving birth to Zade( it's not standard for women to lose consciousness when your having a baby. It's like she is throwing mini blood clots go see a hematology her blood is the issue

I’ve had several episodes very very similar post Covid while I was pregnant and Postpartum. Just like Carlin, everything has came back normal. They did say that I was having Focal Seizures. My heart rate would go really high before having one so I was able to feel them coming on as well. But are unsure what is causing them due to the uncertainty of Covid. Prayers for you all as you go through this!!

praying for you guys! I have done the "shaking" thing twice in my life. We concluded that it was "over-stimulated" induced panic attacks. An anti-anxiety med has really help alot. It takes alot of work and effort. I had to re-understand my body. I am a hyper/fun mother of three boys and both me and my husband work. I had to get a good sleep schedule, eat similar each day. Avoid choatic momets. Plan ahead. Hugs to you!

Praise Jesus. I was diagnosed with epilepsy after having 2 seizures in a 24 hour period. I am a single mom with little to no help but I rely on God. I pray for answers for y'all!

Hi Stewart family. I've been reading through the comments and then had to cry for Evan. I like the many comments about a service dog (a little pricey) and home care now and then. Carlin, you’ve got a great man there. He puts you and his children right under God, and there are not many men out there that would willingly do this. Evan, I understand the magnates of the journeyman license. My former love was a Master Electrician, and I remember how proud he was when he made it. That’s something that not everyone can do, no matter how much they want it. It’s tough to get that far. I lost him in 2003 to a massive heart attack, but he taught me a lot about love, family and God before he went home. He gave me what even my parents could not, unconditional love and appreciation. What you both have is amazing. Nurture it daily and always remember that complements are essential. Hugs
Happy birthday, Evan! My son's birthday is the 24th also. Prayers for Carlin. 🙏 Health issues are so difficult. In 2019 my son was diagnosed with AML. We spent 7 months in the hospital while he underwent 5 rounds of intense chemo. With God's grace he is in remission and just got married. You'll get through this, and you'll come out of it stronger than you were.

I just had to take 1 1/2 months of FMLA time too take care of my adult daughter who had severe complications after her July 1 c-section and I'm now playing catch-up with bills but started back to work 8/22 and am so Thankful my employer was extremely understanding of the situation... Peace of Mind is priceless !

Carlin's seizure looked similar to my best friend's seizures. The nuerologist she switched to put her on an older medication. It has worked wonders.
Please don't be afraid to ask for help. Trying to do it all on your own isn't healthy. Praying for y'all to find much needed answers.

I started having seizures after my 3rd daughter , very similar to Carlins experience. I had to up my medicine dosage but finally got it right . I’m still on my meds but it’s been 10 years without a seizure. Praying for y’all !

IMy husband has two forms of cancer, my dog has cancer and I’m taking care of my 80 year old sister. Keep the faith kids…God is certainly with you. Life is so hard at times…Evan, you are a rock star!
Evan - Just make sure your health insurance is in place with the IBEW. IBEW has excellent health insurance coverage. Don’t worry electricians are in such short supply there are plenty of jobs waiting for you. Praying for you both to get through this season of life. I was thinking the same thing. There are several channels I watch that ask to support the channel through PayPal or patreon. I haven’t done that before but I would give a contribution every month for several months during this difficult time for Carlin.

I started having seizures at 16. I had my first one in acting class in New York City - miles away from my family. It was so frightening. But I have learned to live with my epilepsy and I am praying for you to find answers and for the Lord to richly bless your lives.❤
