Let's Play SpaceVenture version 1.0, Part 1

Hello, and welcome to the video!
It's been a rough year creative-wise, I've had troubles getting things done. As you might have seen, I'm still in the middle of my let's play of Space Quest 6. I'm working on getting that done, it's just been hard getting to it. I hope you can excuse me for that. This video won't be Space Quest either, but it will be something similar and very special.
On September 16th, the Two Guys from Andromeda's new game, SpaceVenture, was released for backers after about ten years of development! I won't go into much detail about the story of the development and the Kickstarter campaign. There are more qualified people on TH-cam that has that covered already, I've only followed it all on the side. I couldn't back it during the campaign but I did back it through Paypal as soon as I could. So when the backer release day arrived, I got a mail too. As you can guess, I've been very excited about it for years, and now that it was finally on my computer, it felt unreal. A whole new game by the Two Guys! Those first days I played it, recording everything, smiling from ear to ear.
I was thinking of editing those first video clips together for my let's play, but it got so messy that it would be much smoother and save a lot of time of just playing it again and record properly. So that's what I'm doing now. It feels good to have finished videos ready for upload, to finally make some progress with my channel again. So I'm working with the let's play, and I even have some bonus videos ready for the future, just as I'm doing with Space Quest. I hope you will enjoy it all. And, as the title says, this is for version 1.0.
Why? As you probably have read if you haven't played and seen first hand, the game is somewhat buggy. So I'm recording it in the state that it is now, the first release of it, just for keeping a record. The Two Guys are working with patching everything, to make it ready for the proper release on Steam and other platforms. So, sometime in the future, I'll have a look at the new, nice, lemony fresh, patched release.
