Thank you beautiful :) Pilates itself is a core/ab workout only :) also belly fat cannot be reduced in isolation. Spot reduction is not possible. You have to be targeting "calories deficit" on diet and full body workouts on cardio, pilates and yoga to see progress overtime with 'discipline' 💪🏼

Awesome Pilates-Yoga fusion practice Akshaya…really loved this long version of your practice which was a great full body workout. You must do more of these longer practices. The only feedback I would like to provide is to add some Pranayama practices at the end of those long sessions to make it a complete experience. Thank you Agnes! I understand the intention but I found the affirmations during savasana a bit disruptive, silence would've helped me unwind completely
Appreciate it.. To each is own. This is a meditative ending practice. I try different variations of savasan in my videos for variety. You can mute and unwind if thats your preference :) Thank you 🤍
