One on one is the ONLY way to make any significant progress without holding them back for years getting minimal if any attention with groups pulled out of classrooms together.

I used to say prayers for the strength to go to the bathroom, because it was beside the school principal's office. Your story resonates so much. Thank you for sharing. It isn't just me.

As a teletherapist for the school i do find that we are less burnt out but also we also have to fight to get an aid or help to get the kids to sign on for services. Sometimes we are lucky and we have someone to help pull the students and take them to another classroom. But it depends on the district also i very much like my current district and I am fortunate to have the help I need. I do feel like i have alot more control now for my kids so thats wonderful🎉
