    Excellent Workout Routine. I suspect it will get rid of cellulite. I especially appreciate that you are using a reasonably priced mini-trampoline, not the $600+ variety. Thank you, and good luck.

      It really does help cellulite, the important thing is to keep it fun and interesting and that's why I created the Superjump protocol. I modified my trampoline and suggest using a 44in- 48 inch bulge spring rebounder for the most consistent bounce.

      How long until you actually see results of reducing cellulite in legs, I use mine everyday just about, but only been three weeks. Not seeing a huge difference yet. I’m 40 and have noticed cellulite became more overnight. It’s killing my self esteem. I’m hoping this will work eventually 🙏🏻. Not giving up.

      @holls273 I don't believe anyone can guarantee cellulite removal. I suggest you use the bouncer for a gentle cardio exercise. Don't give up though,

      every other day if you want to concentrate on that area more than the others
