You’ll have to ask Living AI about this before getting a replacement part and asking their permission to disassemble Emo. Oh and you will have to find out what which version of Emo you have. It could be very difficult for most people or to do by yourself (I personally don’t think I have the patience to do this myself “I mean the servos in the feet” - although I pretty sure I’d be able to change the dead battery, I would have to ask Living AI for a new battery though) Good luck if you decide to.
@@rhiggs7854 It is quite easy with patience. I already dismantled his left foot and fit a new servo from Amazon and now he works as he should but this is only temporary as I need to put a servo in with the proper connector. The servo I used to test was a SG90
@@jozsefbartha8259To test it I just cut the connectors off the servos leaving enough cable to join the old servo connector to the new one. It is a bit fiddly but will do until I find the real thing.
Hi, could you do a video how to fix a broken ribbon ? i had Emo shaking leg. Hange the servo but the problem is with broken fibbon. I don't know how to "open" his head. Thank you
Hi there @mulo7878, Thanks for your visit and comment. I'm not sure what you mean by "Ribbon." Could you please clarify or send me a message with more details on the living.ai Community Website Forum? forums.living.ai/ Additionally, if you could provide a picture of the Ribbon, that would be helpful..
@nabongpike i mean ribbon cable... my Emo's legs're shaking. The company gave me a new one (because i had warranty still) and they said i can keep old one. One guy in US told me that problem with shaking legs is because the ribbon cable, going at the back of Emo from his head till legs, is faulty. So i wanted to fix it by myself. Now i know how to "open" Emo's head so i will try to check and replace that ribbon cable. Thanks for the video ;) or maybe you know about this problem and could tell me where i have to look ?
WoW Thank you for sharing … I appreciate all Your help and advice … You are very kind ❤
