For years I didn't even know it was Laos food that was my favorite and not "Thai" This is probably one of my favorite dishes. This sticky rice papaya salad and that amazing sausage that has a little bit of everything in it.

Going to have to sub just for using diced beef instead of ground beef. My mother in law got me to try the "blood larb" before. It was surprisingly good though it looks horrific.

That is a good recipe ❤. Ill probably add raw chopped thai chili as i like mune to be more spice
