I did this after a long run. I'm always looking for stuff for my hips and this was amazing. You and Abbie Emmons are my two new favorite TH-cam channels C:
absolutely what I needed this morning after a long bike ride in the Surrey hills yesterday. I felt like 100 years old when I got of bed this morning and now i've got my mojo back :-)
Thank you for watching, Julie. I'm so glad you found it helpful. If you ever have any questions or content ideas, please don't hesitate to ask or share.
Love the classes. As a desk warrior this have given me the freedom to explore other dimensions. You are doing some meaningful stuff. Keep up the great work
Going back in time!!! Doing this one today agin for a post workout. LOVE what this does for my body. Thanks again for being so creative both in the moves and in ur verbal representation of the moves.
Really nice, went so quick! When you said about the body needing to relax and to breathe, I let out a huge sigh. I had no idea I was holding my breath. Once again thank you 😊
Thank you. Breathing is so basic we often forget how powerful it can be for shaping our experiences. It's easy to forget but fortunately easy to remember too.
Yes! That's awesome. I love these practices for all the goodness they've brought into my life. Happy to share that with anyone who loves to move. If you have questions or feedback you can always reach me on FB, IG, and through my website. Thank you very much for your support!
This will be a go-to to work on my hip mobility, especially for strength training and squatting. Thank you! And as always, love your commentary and approach!
The allure of the kettlebells and barbells is strong. Mobility has never been as immediately satisfying but it's really starting to grow on me. I'm happy to let go of some time under the bar for more of this!
Absolutely - I've started doing the same and it pays dividends in returns + my capacity of quality work with the BB & KBs increase = win win! The allure is always there tho!!! ;D, so keep needing to check in with myself and have a reminder, as I've found that consistency is everything for mobility
Doing this one every morning now and the 30 minute stay loose session at might and already feeling better. How often do you recommend doing these per week and do you have a specific routine to help with high kicks in muay thai? Thank you again for these videos Keep up the good work
I don't have any real experience with muay thai. I typically do 1 intense mobility session per week, that leaves me pretty worked. Still, I stretch and move pretty much everyday. High frequency, varied intensity. I prefer a generalist approach over creating specific protocols. My focus is on how you can grow your movement IQ so you can intuitively make adjustments based on what you're feeling or seeing on video. I think specific routines, programs, and coaching are all very helpful but should all support the practitioner in strengthening their own intuition. Movements and qualities are all connected to each other, everything supports everything if you look closely enough. I know that's more than you asked for but I just wanted to give you some frame of reference for where I'm coming from - it's definitely not the norm but it's worked well for me. Thanks very much for watching and commenting - hope we can keep the dialogue going!
Wow, nice to have an introduction for the video first. 😍👍👍 It was as we are having a personal instructor. Bravo 👏

Could you please put the time on your videos.
how can we know how much time do We need to do? 30 minutes or 20?
Do you flex your foot while doing the crossover hip opening to protect the knees?
Yes! That's an important note. I flex my foot and actively abduct the hip so that the knee is not overstressed.
