Great video brother! Not even single small bit of information left behind. I'll definitely refer to your video again when I'll get in onto my 2023 GSX-R1000R.
your welcome been waiting and wanting to do this video for a very long time. very glad that the video is doing real good. dont forget to sub as I also have a heated grips and electronic cruise control video coming soon.
Installed mine last week. After a minute of running it realized that garbage card board gasket was not going to work. Took it off and put the original rubber gasket back on. Works great.
thats great luckily you where able to re-use the oem one.
I just install mine and it looks good
I have looked at these for months and have not seen a single video or photo of it on a current gsxr 1k. If this bad boy doesn't leak, ill get one ASAP
so far no leaks thats why I recommend lock tight on all the screws. & I also looked into it as well your right there is no video currently out there for this cover thats why I wanted to be the 1st!!
This looks amazing!
Hello sir this is just a suggestion you know, how about you remove and disable all the emission on that bike or putting an aftermarket stabilizer removing the stock ones?
was not planning on doing that on this bike. but if I come across another gsxr 1000 that would like that done ill make a video from it and post it.
@@ACProductions77 ok thanks man and ride safe 👌
That came out so sweet. Take my money. 😂
Hello, excellent video, what did you use to prevent the glass from fogging up? What product did you use or what did you do?
I just open the oil cap to let the condensation out then after that re tighten it, but honestly after going for a ride there is no need to do that as it doesn't build any after a good ride, it could be cause when i installed it , it had been a very long time since i last rode so that was really a cold start on the bike.
Nice vid, looks like your a bit low on oil, don't starve you babies :)
That condensations moisture in the oil crack the cap a little bit and let it steam off.... maybe lol im no mechanic
ya thats what i did and it cleared right up thank you
Why didn't you put any liquid gasket maker (like Suzuki Bond) where the case halves meet?
it had its own gasket no need to install another one.
@@ACProductions77 Suzuki says you do, maybe you know more than Suzuki or every other manufacturer that says the same thing?
Or maybe if it develops a small oil leak after a year or so, you'll bother to read the service manual to learn what you don't know.
@@__Max-oe6zm ill go read my service manual to double check but why would you put gasket maker on top of another gasket? that in itself doesnt make sense...
@@davidsaunders7118 It's to fill the small gap where the case halves meet
Great video Bro! Thanks!!
You should get it done on your bike as well and we will be the only ones in IL with this mod 😎 link for the cover is in the Description
here is a link to the red cover>>ebay.us/m4KJwm
These are way cool. Just wondering how they look after six months or more.
Can't find any info or video on these other than new installs.
Anyone who installed one of these, brave enough to post how they look after long term use?
Not intending to be negative but these are expensive just for bling factor, 0% performance upgrade.
Not worried about leaks as can be dealt with.
ill be posting a 6month review when the time comes
What make is the clutch cover any link to it
yes link is in the description box but here is a quick link to click on>>ebay.us/GVb3zg
Ты заводил мото без масла?
The ebay catalog straight out of china, this is going to fail in less then 6 months, either it will turn brown amnd foggy, or it will crack, if you happen to lay the bike down the cheap thin plastic will explode
Hi. I found these ones exactly the same on Aliexpress for my gsxr 600 but they cost around 400Eur… wtf? 😂
its not cheap thats for sure, the one for my 1000 cost me $700 usd =(
@@ACProductions77 but it’s so cool, and is that glass really crystal, or is it plastic?
@@mavicprah8063 it’s actually made out of clear plexiglass another fancy word of just saying that it’s plastic Not made of real glass
@@ACProductions77 I see. However, if it breaks, perhaps you can take it somewhere and have them create that circular shape again and that's it
@@ACProductions77 I also stumbled upon another video on TH-cam (I don't want to spam) featuring a GSX-R 750 and it appears that there was a sensor present when opening the clutch cover. However, for my GSX-R 600 L0 (2010), it seems quite straightforward to remove the cover. I believe it's just a matter of unscrewing it and that's it. Additionally, did you need to drain the oil before removing it?
