i enjoyed watching this while i was buzzed but boy did i HATE it while i was editing lmao everything outside of the old people and the performances of Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams is so frustating

You may have missed it, but old Rachel asks if their love can take them away together, and old Ryan replied, "I believe our love can do anything", so they both decided they were ready, and died peacefully in their sleep.
Apparently Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams absolutely hated each other during the filming of this. Several shots had to be done separately and edited together

Only during the second half of the film, which was filmed first lol the first part of the movie was filmed after a xmas break apparently and somehow they got closer after that. Which to me is very evident because I think they have great chemistry in the first half of the movie. They're both from Canada so maybe they ran into each other at xmas 😀

The ending never really gets to me. It's when Old Noah is crying when Old Allie is scared and screaming. That's the part.
Now that I'm in my 30s, young Noah is a red flag lol

Eventually people die from alzheimer's or dementia, so they were just both very sick at the same time, and ultimately at the end of their lives. To never remember her children means she was very far into her progression of diagnosis. Their sort of "deciding" to die together was what they meant about what their love could do. Have them also slip away together at the end of both their lives.
If you want to watch an intriguing romantic drama I would suggest both The Lake House with Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves and The Time Travellers Wife with Rachel McAdams and Eric Bana both are great movies with an unusual twist on the usual romantic movie plot.
The Lake House is so weird. I have seen it many times. And the ending still confuses me.
The movie insults the audiences intelligence by trying to get us to think James garner isn’t Noah, by calling him Duke. As if we don’t know James garner isn’t Noah from the very beginning
this movie was the movie I'd watch while sad and going through a break up and would cry 😅🙃 i havent watched it in a while but this movie is such a trip lol

Since you love rom-coms, Blast From The Past, starring Brendan Fraser, Alicia Silverstone, Christopher Walken and Sissy Spacek is one of the best out there, it is so much fun! Ohh yes! The Before trilogy is great!! My advise would be to watch each movie every 2 or 3 months 😁 by the second movie you'll get why I suggest this hehe

Plz don't get mad at me for saying, but I really wish you were doing these sober. I love a lot of your content but as a recovering alcoholic it sucks to have to back out of a video because the person is drinking and it's uncomfortable. Forgot to include a wonderful Christmas/romance/fantasy movie very underrated with Nicolas Cage, The Family Man. We just watched it & thought I'd share since it's Christmas.

You should definitely see the romantic anime movie "Your Name". It's very beautiful, with a great plot. And with a very high rating! I love watching movies. And this was my first anime, after which I became seriously interested in anime, because before that I thought it was all nonsense. I didn't expect it to be so cool at all! In general, I'm not a fan of the romance genre, but it's done perfectly.
I never thought that a cartoon (some will be offended that I called an anime that way) would make me feel so tense and excited
So, what do YOU say to a girl you're hot for when she says "I'm a bird" in a spontaneous moment, lol? Relationships are a game in the beginning, but I think you got it by the end. Alzheimers is a terrible disease & it was portrayed accurately. My only complaint was the hoakey ending. You should definitely react to Before Sunrise for your next romance, but it's not a rom-com. It's serious with real dialog & chemistry between the actors Ethan Hawke & Julie Delpy. Hope you check it out someday, I'll watch. Have a great Christmas!

Crazy, Stupid, Love is pretty fun, in case you happen to be a little under the influence again and want to watch Ryan Gosling. Aside from that 4 Weddings And A Funeral is alright, The Half Of It is very cute, as is To All The Boys I've Loved Before. The Holiday is excellent and wholesome for the holidays. My Big Fat Greek Wedding and Crazy Rich Asians if you're up for intrusive families.

I can't stand this movie. I actually hated this movie for years before I eventually watched it during the pandemic. I was in middle school when this movie came out. Besides this movie, A Walk to Remember and Nights in Rodanthe. I like Nicholas Sparks movies overall. Usually for the male eye candy if nothing else.
