    This avocado recipe is fresh and easy to make. These ingredients taste good, as a dip or dressing on a fresh salad. Thicken it up to make a spread or use it as a sauce. Keep and maintain a flat tummy.
    Home Pressed Avocado Oil Face Mask & Scrub
    Avocados have the kind of fat that actually helps you lose weight oleic acid! Monounsaturated fats and Glutathione can help protect your body from heart disease, cancer, degenerative eye, and brain diseases. Avocados are actually a large berry with one seed. Avocado has twice the potassium of a banana. It also contains vitamin E, niacin, and riboflavin. That is definitely nutrient-dense! In addition, they contain hundreds of powerful antioxidant plant chemicals. Avocado oil is among the top five foods highest in vitamin E. This fat-soluble vitamin is known for improving skin and eye health, bolstering the immune system, providing defense against oxidative damage to cells caused by free radicals. As previously mentioned, the high concentration of oleic acid in avocado oil can help you lose weight - especially when combined with a healthy diet and regular exercise. The vitamins and minerals in avocado oil are not only nourishing for the inside of your body they can also feed you from the outside in. Boost your skin’s ability to generate more and stronger cells by moisturizing with avocado oil. Whip up a face mask. Dry the pits, grind them up, and put them in a homemade face-mask as an exfoliant.

    I like the way you are doing the avocado oil. I love the fact that you put it to dry under the sun, no in the oven. Natural way. Excellent. I will subscribe now.

    Hi there just came across the avocado seed powder and then saw the avocado oil and I was stoked. Have you tried this way of getting oil out of olives? I am wondering once seeded if this method would work too. I am lucky to own an Olive tree but sadly not an avocado.

    This was definitely less messed than the last video I seen making your own oils. I would recommend not drying stuff directly in the sun. It will destroy certain vitamins so you lose some of the health benifits.

    Do scoop these avacado out and dry them out naturally outside by
    the sun? Then you just put them in the jiffy bag but for how long before you press the oil out?
    Where did you get that cloth? Can u use a muslin cloth?
    Can you dry them out in the oven if u live in a country that has not much sun?

      Flat Tummy preservatives to a natural oil is a little funny. You are doing this to avoid what companies unnaturally do to the oil. Right?

    • @sandrafrazier1200
      @sandrafrazier1200 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No other ingredients other than avocado. Bypassing commercial companies that add preservatives and other components that you do not want in your body!

    so you get oil out of the skin !
    can you use a mixer to mush it all up then strain it

    • @KelsiBriana
      @KelsiBriana 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      figen figen That's not the skin. You cut into the avocado, put everything but the skin and pit into the blender, then smooth it evenly over a baking tray to leave in the sun until it dries out like that. Then you strain the oil out.

    • @asiasmith4901
