5v/12v battery is charged with auto cut off. Awesome project.

  • 12v battery charger.
    12v auto catt off circuit.
    Components:
    - BC547 transistor
    - 2 LEDs (red and green)
    - 10k resistor
    - 5V relay
    - 1N4007 diode
    - 1k resistor
    Circuit Functionality:
    - The circuit monitors the battery voltage and automatically cuts off the power when it falls below a certain threshold.
    - The red LED indicates low battery voltage, while the green LED indicates normal battery voltage.
    - The 5V relay switches off when the battery voltage falls below the threshold, disconnecting the load from the battery.
    - The 1N4007 diode protects the transistor from back-EMF.
    - The 1k resistor limits the base current of the transistor.
    How it works:
    1. The battery voltage is monitored through a voltage divider network.
    2. When the battery voltage falls below the threshold, the transistor turns on.
    3. The red LED lights up, indicating low battery voltage.
    4. The 5V relay switches off, disconnecting the load from the battery.
    5. When the battery voltage returns to normal, the transistor turns off, and the green LED lights up.

    yeh circuit kitne amp tak ka battery charge kar sakta hai. max charging current kitna de sakta hai yeh NAHI bataya is vdo mei.

      Nahi, 4.2v battery ka charger banana hai to 5/6 v. Ka relay use karna padega.

      No, 100Amp is too much for this circuit.

      Input voltage kitna dia? 6v se upar doge to awaj karega, ya fir battery ka connection ulta doge to, charging circuit mane ak banaya hai use vi istemal kar sakte ho, channel per hai, mai jaldi ak or vedio bana dunga.

      You can Use 20k pot , but 100k is much higher resistance for this project.

      yes you can use any type of NPN transistor and also PNP transistor but if you use PNP transistor then circuit diagram is not same as I made this in this video. I am using bc547 transistor in this vedio.

      Yes it can, but don't use because sometimes Relay doesn't work . This is just diy project, you can charge car battery or open li ion battery Which do not come with a separate protection circuit.
