That young girl now has PTSD. She starts her comment very pointed, comfortably.
Then goes on to talk about the aftermath of the incident.. body shakes, stumbles over words, anxiety is through the roof.
I hope her parents can afford deep PTSD therapy.

Unfortunately, the exact incidents have happened in our school district four times in three years. The school district hides it because they are a protected class in the school district under new laws. All they did in our county was transfer the male students to another school within the district. There is no protection for females anymore in private spaces. I am 50 and grew up around the transgender community, none of them ever acted like this. Just tells you it starts at home and continues with our broken government and media outlets.

He had a history of violence, was expelled from his last school due to violence, created a hit list after just 2 days at his new school, then violently beats and attempts to murder a little girl. During the hearing attempted to attack a full grown adult. And was only charged as a juvenile. Take the trans out of the equation and does anyone think he wouldn't have been tried as an adult?

I used to teach so I totally agree. I will put this point out there. If you are a teacher today, report it (no matter what the admin say), document that it happened and that you reported it and to whom, give them one day to do something about it if the threat seems to be nebulous, but your job is to then stay near either the people who are threatened or the one doing the threatening. Parents do not assume that a teacher heard something and did not report it. School administrators today almost routinely drop the buck and then blame the teacher. Parents talk to the teachers first and you may have to really go to bat for them because I have heard of many teachers who have been outright stalked out of the profession because they did report something that was not acted on and then came back to bite the school in the bum.

    • @leerandolph6776
      @leerandolph6776 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

Remember that teachers need to eat too. Consider your job. You probably get breaks to use the restroom and to eat mostly uninterrupted. I used to teach. My kidneys have had issues for years because I was told by my admin. I could only go to the bathroom at lunch and during my prep period, not at any other point in the day. Teachers should not have to give up their lunch period to watch your children.

You should watch a de-transitioner on here named Carol. They treated her like she didn't matter in a trans support group she joined. That's basically the attitude that the new trans community has. Women need to take a back seat and have no right to speak if they don't agree with them.
That's why it's so disappointing when a run of the mill straight women is willing to go along with what amounts to the men's rights movement in the name of being trans. Men, no matter what status they claim, should be respected and catered to, and women just need to shut up about it. If you do,expect to be verbally and sometimes physically attacked, if they don't just go and whine to someone to make sure you're silenced. And all of the social media outlets are more than happy to shut you up to make them happy.

Its darned if you do, darned if you don't. As an adult who MUST protect children, I cant believe the adults don't stand up in the first place against the extreme child abuse of letting a child set their own parameters in the first place of what sex they are. Pure child abuse. How are parents and teachers NOT a childs first line of defense? A good adult or employee will listen to the child and guide them to the basics they need to learn to be able to make their best choices after they are old enough to face the full consequences of those choices. (Hence the drinking, smoking, driving ages). In the meantime, they should give their lives to protect them in every way. Your own child or any other child. Wow. Just wow.

The problem is that nobody wants to pay money for education. Schools are understaffed and they have to stick to many rules. Ok, I live in a different country, but if we have a troublesome kid, we can’t just kick them out of school. We can’t even involve any authority without proper proof. Kids are supposed to be supervised in all areas all the time, but the system isn’t perfect. With all the pressure from parents and kids behaving badly, few students want to become teachers. Luckily, we don’t have many trans kids yet. It’s more like some try out new names or pronouns, but most go back to their original gender eventually.

Just got done watching the one you did about the 19 year old who died by suicide by kneeling down in front of a train and came back to find this one to send it to someone. It's insane that this problem is being framed as LBGTQ-phobia and hate and a left vs. right issue. It's so important we have someone like you speaking out who has 30+ years as a trans man speaking out. They can't shut you up they way they can others by saying you're a bigot because this is your life! You also have experience as a woman and I know you have our backs because of that. ❤

As a teacher, elementary schools now protect the abuser over EVERYONE ELSE. I’m so proud of this girl speaking up and holding schools accountable.
It’s truly becoming a nationwide epidemic. Parents no longer give consequences. Schools are afraid of parents. The parents of the “good” kids need to start screaming louder because schools will not change until this happens.
And, even in elementary school, it is already DANGEROUS. Surprised there are not more hospitalizations or deaths.
I knew it was only a matter of time until these kids age up and it’s no longer toppling bookshelves, throwing chairs and desks, the strength of a seven year old’s punch, etc.
At my last school, our new principal was black and we were basically no longer allowed to give non-white kids any sort of accountability (even though our records show, white kids already had more write ups and suspensions. It wasn’t disproportionate. It was the behaviors being punished, didn’t matter from who).
I absolutely believe a trans kid is given a free pass to cause whatever harm they’d like with no regard to how any other children might be feeling or the hurt induced to them.

15 years ago, I met an orthodox Jewish man who taught in African-American inner city school for 2 years and wrote a book about it. He had to leave to protect his life. He expected simple behavior from students; show up on time with pencil and notebook. These kids couldn't even do that.

This student had a 'hit list' and the students on the list warned the teachers and administration. The overt aggression from this student was obvious. This CRIMINAL attacked someone and was given leave to do it because of how they 'identified'. Where is the justice for all the rest of these kids? If the reason the administration is doing this is to promote 'inclusive behavior' I want to know how this is 'inclusive' when this person got preferential treatment to the detriment of the other students? All they are doing is making is HARDER for everyone to just LIVE which is what they want: CHAOS.

❤😢 Thank you buckangel. Most people don't care how another person dresses or identifies as, until it becomes their problem. And we clearly have a problem here!
Male, female, trans or whatever, bludgeoning a fellow student with a weapon for 28 minutes while screaming the things Mel is reported to have is unacceptable. Regardless of the person's gender, the same repercussions have to be doled out.
I would like to say that aggression is not simply a XY chromosomal trait. Many manly men are non-violent, and many women are extremely violent - just look at boxing day and black Friday sales where ladies beat each other senseless over merchandise. So I believe that Mel's issues stem from reasons outside of being a biological male.
However, our society absolutely has to stop giving preferential treatment to people regardless of their outwardly appearance. Be it man, woman, trans, non-binary; be they large or small, tall or short, well-dressed or shabby. If a person breaks a law, they should face the same consequences as anyone else. We shout for equality, then beg for special treatment

The kid wasn't trans but he was an officers kid at a military base ELEMENTARY. They were in 4th grade and my son was terrified to go to school, so I pulled him out. Shortly after I pulled my kids out of school, that bully attacked another kid and yet still wasn't expelled from the school. Instead the kid who was attacked was made to transfer off base.

I had a near-death bike accident when I was 15 and split my head open, losing enough blood to not be able to sit up for two weeks without passing out, and that was 16 years ago and it dramatically changed my life. Straight A student, to drop out with major symptoms of like early dementia or something, impulsivity, things I never had before. I wish they make the perpetrator pay millions somehow for how this can affect her life... but I know that won't happen, because it's impossible. It's not fair. Several European countries (who are years ahead of us in their research) are currently re-evaluating and pulling back on providing gender-medical treatments to children. Giving life-alerting drugs like puberty blockers, estrogen (sterilization), or testosterone to minors messes with their current health, hormones, and mental stability, and scientists are also concerned with long-term psychological effects. Pupity is a normal and natural part of a young person's growth and development and shouldn't be altered; they are already dealing with hormones, anxiety, and increased pressures from peers. Shouldn't we focus on investing in mental health and providing more psychological support instead of chemicals and drugs?

They chose to ignore it and now every child in that lunchroom has been deeply traumatized and one child has been physically assaulted and forever changed. I hope that the parents go after the school district, the school board, the teachers and administration that ignored it and the parents of the boy who commited the battery as well as the boy.

I don't care what anyone identifies as, if you say or write that you will commit violence, that's assault. This should not be tolerated by anyone. We live in a society and we have rules for a reason. The whole point of school is to get kids ready to function in society. What is going on?!?!

I confronted him and asked why when he'd constantly cry about other people bullying, would he want to bully someoneelse. He grinned at me all sly and said. "I'mjust telling it like it is."
