When you said "you'll have a desire to do what is right" it clicked for me. Ive been struggling with sin and feeling like no matter how hard i try i still sin. I know it sounds ridiculous because we are human. We are sinners. Of course i still sin. Only Jesus didnt sin. When you said those words though it clicked. I do have a desire to not sin. Of course i still make mistakes but i do put an effort in to straying from sin. I actually feel bad when i sin where as before i didnt really care. I did whatever i wantedand didnt think twice. I am born again, i have everlasting life, i am a sinner with a desire to turn from sin. Thank you Ray. For whatever reason i was having a hard time with that. I was taking it as in if im a born again Christian i will never sin. Thats obviously ridiculous. Im not sure why it didnt click until you said those words but im glad it finally clicked.
The fact that you feel convicted of your sin is proof that the Holy Spirit lives within you!
You've got the repentance part down, we must have continual repentance. Never stop repenting. The callousness (or numbness) you speak of comes from habitual sin, and that is the fruit of an unregenerated heart, or a falsely converted believer.
Now you must trust and believe in the work of Christ finished at the cross. You can not and will never be righteous apart from Him. Our works are but filthy rags the Bible says. Trusting and believing in the work of Christ is to follow Him and dispose of your former self. You will become more like Him by the continual (everyday) reading and studying of His Word. And through the obedience of His commands.. through prayer you can achieve this.
We have the promise of salvation through the seal of the Holy Spirit at the moment of conversion (or rebirth). We must be continually filled with the Holy Spirit. Ephesians 5:18. Rely on the work of the Holy Spirit in you along with the reading and washing of Scripture as you grow in sanctification (holiness).
I encourage you to read Steve Lawson's book "New Life in Christ". You'll get a greater understanding of the Doctrine of Regeneration. God bless you !!
Sometimes God uses things that we don’t expect
I too grew up in Catholicism and never heard the truth until my brother came home Born Again. Praise God for the guys who lead him to the Lord on the island of Guam. Can’t wait to thank them in heaven soon.
It brings tears to my eyes to think of all the people who will be in heaven when Ray arrives. Smiling and hugging Ray for sharing the Lords Word with them. Praise the Lord.

Sharing the Gospel with those you love can be very difficult.
I have witnessed to my mom before and she has always said she is a believer in Christ
.... yet I've never seen the fruits but a whole lot of breaking of the 10 commandments especially lying.
So I decided to verify my belief in her being lost with Ray Comfort's tactics....
I confronted her with the same style of questioning....
By her own admission and beliefs she is not a true follower of Christ.
She admitted to stealing, lying, and adultery.... but denied blasphemy of GOD'S name.
She then says she doesn't lie anymore (which is a lie, because she's been caught doing it numerous times - blinded to her sin)
I started by asking her if she believed she was going to Heaven and why?
She responded with
"Yes, because I have never murdered someone (I should have asked if she ever even thought of it, but it slipped my mind in the moment as my mind was speeding ahead),
and being good will get me into Heaven."
🔺️ Take the time to listen carefully to what they say, don't rush ahead or plan your responses. Know key Bible verses to help guide them.
She also told me she believes anyone can get to Heaven by whatever religion they are in - So a righteous GOD opens his kingdom wide to SIN??
What is the purpose of Heaven then??
(I had heard this from her previously).
She then got very agitated and angry, and blasphemed God and cussed.
(To which I brought up her breaking that commandment - I knew she had in past but let her lie on it)
I was talking in a low quiet voice, remaining calm as she appeared to lose it.
(Yes this can and does happen when we witness to someone who is heavily trapped within darkness)
I told her the only path is thru a belief in Jesus Christ alone, not her own merits or strength.
I told her of man's court of justice for when we commit a crime and do wrong- and how us telling the judge about our other good deeds won't make the judge say ok and let us go free without punishment.
But .... that if someone does pay for our offense (sin) ... we can go free.
I let her know that is exactly 💯 what Jesus did on the cross for our death penalty of sin.
She also started questioning if Moses actually got the 10 commandments from God.
I asked her how Do you know God is real then?
So I then pointed out the evidence of painters, architects, and a master creator.
She said how do you know the Bible is real - that I was believing in a false Bible and beliefs.
It was here I knew she was closed down and unwilling to HEAR TRUTH!!
Her face radically changed and she became extremely angry and agitated.
When an individual indicates they do not believe in the Bible & becomes vehement when being presented with God's Word .... it is a good indicator they are under some demonic control.
My mom believes Heaven is for everyone - Buddhists, Muslims, Orthodox Jews
.... yes it is IF THEY REPENT OF SINS AND ACKNOWLEDGE JESUS AS THE ONLY PATH, turning to him as their Savior.
Narrow is the path to eternal life thru Jesus, but wide is the path to destruction.
She was angry that I was sending her to hell.
🤔 No, not me, but her own refusal to choose to believe in JESUS, instead of her own belief in her "goodness". 😥
I let her know I am concerned for her soul, and all she has to do is rely on Jesus and not herself. I quoted her Romans 3:23 & 6:23, and John 3:15-18
It can be hard reaching those closest to you!!
She believes these are my own stances, even though I've repeatedly told her before no, this is what the Bible says.
Many have a false assumption of their faith, and a false understanding of who Jesus really is and what is required for eternal life.
People can get very angry because they want to believe in a varied pathway to Heaven, that it is wide open to "good" people - PEOPLE who ignore GOD'S MORAL LAWS & HIS PLAN OF SALVATION thru HIS SON, Jesus.
If you care about the soul of someone you love - and you see no evidence of their proclaimed faith - then talk to them and share the Gospel truth.
It may be hard and uncomfortable, but you may be their only chance to hear the truth of their spirtual condition and separation from GOD.
For if you truly love and care about someone - you will not be ashamed or intimidated away from sharing God's PLAN of Redemption.
As the world grows darker, and sin more prevalent you will find:
1. Some people are wide open and willing to hear the Truth - what they've been seeking
Or
2. Others have fallen away from God and more entangled in the grasp of their sin and influences of dark spirits - truth is despised and they fight against it

My parents are Mormons and I have a tough time getting through to them , I keep praying for them to see the truth and be convicted by the Holy Spirit
Hey Tomm, reading your comment I realized we are much alike. Two sisters, one younger one older, a older brother and mom and dad. ALL have demons controlling their lives. My sister has just put mom in nursing home because all she did is scream and argue with mom, mom has dementia and we all all know an 81yo with dementia can say things they don't mean but getting sister to understand that is impossible. I really don't know where to begin, I'm 55yo and have always considered myself adopted because I'm nothing like the rest of my family. With and the profanity and the taking of God's name in vain sometimes I think I need an exorcism first. Both parents were abusive physically and verbally growing up, it's hard to just make that go away but with the Lords help, I'm really at peace with everything.

You are gifted with amazing courage to have that type of discussion with your mother and in no way is this a criticism of what you have just posted.
I just want to say if God offered many paths to Heaven, then he'd be a hypocrite.
If you dig other religions at all, you should find that most of them say that your good works can gain you the highest favor from God and to avoid whatever highest punishment that religion offers. Also why is that Chinese Christians in their own country are heavily persecuted for their faith?
We are also commanded to preach the gospel throughout the world, hence why there are Christian ministries in Asia, Africa, South America, etc. You can also go to a place like Japan and find both English and Japanese speaking churches, etc.

Of all the people Ray has interviewed she one that touched. I'm old School I live in Portland so many Altered appearences. Dyed hair Gophic tattoos everywhere I forget that they are real people. She came across as genuine sweet Kind. And was really sincere. Praise the Lord

@@bryguy8203I have been sharing the gospel using Living Waters tracts since 2007, but Ray was not right in his mark of the beast tract, and it seems he thinks the rapture is post-Trib or doesn't understand the difference between the pre-Trib rapture and Christ's 2nd Coming. I have been evangelizing since 3/16/2017 using the urgency of the rapture because I started having rapture dreams and receiving messages from the Lord. All of my videos are about it, and we know it's got to be soon. Jesus told us to watch- Matthew 24:42-44. Maranatha.

I thought of Jesus words to the criminal man beside him on the cross ...that he would be with Him in paradise when she told Ray she felt like you have to be good your whole life to go to heaven.
If the criminal has at least one fruit that accompanies his dying words to both the other criminal and to Jesus....it's that His words where recorded by the Holy Spirit.
He accurately pointed out what justice was. He and the other criminal deserved the punishment they received, but Jesus did nothing wrong and He is Lord.
His words can be used for evangelism, when i tend to think about that portion of scripture when thinking about and evangelizing.

@@kathierouse6046Do you mind if i come in on your thread?If you listen closely Mr Ray again shows he really doesn't understand what the bible really teaches.When he asked her what can she do to get saved she said turn my life around or in other words repent of my sins.He said that would not work.read Jesus what said at Matthew 4:7 Acts 17:30 Acts 2:38 this is just a few scriptural references to show how he don't know what the bible really teaches.Where in the bible it we are saved by grace?If that the case we don't have to do anything.

For sure I handed out maybe 50 copies of it along with the short "True and false conversion" over the years. Eye opening truths few ever heard from the pulpit. The bad news must precede the good.

That's great jaytee. I use True and False Conversion more because I was one of them, growing up Baptist and in church all the time, but not born again until age 45 back in 2005. My mission field here in Atlanta Georgia is many churched people who believe in the hyper-grace gospel of Andy Stanley and other megachurch pastors. I have done a lot of videos about my evangelism experiences though I don't put them on camera. They really are no different than Catholics who believe the lies of the devil and never read the Bible and especially that they are divorced and remarried which is ongoing adultery according to Mark 10:1-12, Luke 16:14-18, Romans 7:1-3, 1 Corinthians 7:10-11 & 39, Ephesians 5:31 and Hebrews 13:4 judgment is coming unless they repent and forsake their adulterous remarriage just the same as a gay marriage. Jesus is coming any day to take His true sheep/church/born-again bride up to heaven before the Tribulation, but in the Bible belt probably only 2-3% who claim to be Christians really are His. Revelation 3:10-11, Titus 2:11-15, John 14:1-4, Matthew 24:42-44 and the parable of the 10 virgins, 1 Thessalonians 4, 1 Corinthians 15, Luke 21:36...Jesus is Lord! Maranatha.

Now I know what we would probably say next “are you telling me to do nothing about it?” Well at this point I don’t know, but my parents who are true Christians told me that if you want to help those in need, start in the church.
Ray Comfort, thank you for the work you do. I have watched God use you to share His Truth around many parts of the world. I really feel God's love (Ephesians 4: 15) flowing through you as you share many of the hard Truths of the Word of God (Bible); and how those Truths impact our everyday lives and eternal destiny. Our Lord has given you the grace of both bravery, heart of compassion and boldness for His Kingdom. Every time I watch one of your videos, I sense God's presence and love for all people within you. It's reflected in your tone, voice, attitude, and your overall demeanor. It speaks volumes. Over the years, I have learned that people don't care about how much we know, until they know how much we care for them. You truly care and I feel it. Truth hurts, but it also sets us free. I wanted to be free! God set me free through your ministry, to which I am very very grateful and appreciative. It was the Moral Law (Ten Commandments written on my heart that did it). Mr. Comfort, I just wanted to encourage you and let you know that your ministry is truly making a difference. Thank you for reminding the world of the Power of the Cross, Jesus' Resurrection and the Heart of the Father and His desire to Redeem us. Jesus said, " In My Father's house are many mansions; I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also." (John 14:2-6 nkjv). Earth is not our final home! Heaven is waiting. "You could die in your sleep tonight". That's exactly what a friend of mine did four weeks ago after I had pleaded with him to accept Christ for years. He actually believed he could wait to decide his eternal destiny, and lost.
Oh wow. You did your best, but God must have hardened his heart. You can use this to intensify your efforts with other lost people until death or rapture, and I believe the rapture is very soon. God bless you.

@@JoshezDodgeDo you mind if i come in on your thread? Mr Ray has once again said something that is not in the bible.After reasoning with the young lady about the sinful life she is leading. Then he ask on judgment day heaven or hell.What would happen if she dies before judgment day?
@@theodorefranklin2059That's an irrelevant question. Most of us will probably die before the actual Judgement day. What he's asking is if she were to stand before God today, with current circumstances, does she think she's going to Heaven or Hell? He never said anything unbiblical. In addition, when people say things that aren't specifically in Scripture, many times those things are implied or generalized. So even if the Bible doesn't say something explicitly, that doesn't mean it's not covered, at least by implication or generalization. 🙂

We must all be ready for the rapture, it is any day now! Jesus will snatch us away. I am ex-LGBT, and I know that I would go to hell if I continued in it. I also know that my divorced and remarried parents will die and go to hell if they don't repent and leave the adultery. For now, my Mom is a believer who goes to church and thinks that she and my Dad are going in the rapture. Her pastor is also divorced and remarried. It's a big lie from the devil that has MANY deceived.
What does the Bible say? Loving Jesus means loving His Word. BUT from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female. For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife; and they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh. This is honestly what the Bible says. The road is definitely narrow. If people want to repent from this, they have got to leave the adulterous relationship altogether and get that divorce to get out of it.

I had to pause the video halfway in to tell you all that anyone has a inkling of GOD in their soul always smile and engage. I have seen it so many times. Demons reject the word. You can tell she had a good upbringing and flirting with the church but I always say....... If you are not happy with your church, create your own. A church is just walls and rooms. You can have church in your living room, your car, or your back yard shed and it will grow if the Love of GOD there to move his people.

It's always so heart-lifting to see people open to the gospel and humbly accepting it. I wonder how many people rejected Ray's offer to speak about the good news of salvation in Jesus Christ. I tried to talk like Ray to many people during Reggae festival in my town and almost everyone ran away from me whenever I mentioned eternity or afterlife. Two young men even told me off. So depressing. They don't want to speak at all thinking you're from some cult or a sect. If I tried to film them, they'd crash my camera. The society nowadays became so ungodly.

Keep going, man. The famous missionary David Brainard didn't have a convert until I think 7 years. It takes patience, but only persevere, becoming more like Christ in that trial. :)

@@user-fq6om3qo7e That's not God's fault, that's ours as mankind. We're responsible ! He is angry at us! He told us to take care of the widows, fatherless and strangers. He gave us enough to do that. He also gave and told parents to provide for their children. Why are we getting married to delinquent men and why are the men not restraining themselves if they can't or won't provide for their children? They can help it, with God. The gospel came to Africa before Europe. We in the west can afford to help. Yes, it's God who is angry at our apathy.
Yes he can supernaturally step in ( and many times he has through his children ) but for good reasons, He lets injustice occur. If they all were fed and clothed supernaturally the crucial faith component would be compromised. All of them who call out to Him will be helped just like all of us who call out to him in our distress will also be helped, if they/we continue on to not abuse his help.
I was a volunteer for kids in foster care for years and an international leasion for an orphanage in a third world country where I did relief childcare and organized a new playground project where we got used commercial playground (high quality) transferred there from the USA and installed, no small fear. And all the volunteers and sponsors were Christians. And God blessed it every step of the way and gets all the glory. It was actually miraculous how God provides when we step out in faith to help his little creation, whom he loves very very much. He wishes we would.

I pray the rapture is soon. Jesus save me. Lord please change my life for the better. Thank you Jesus for never leaving my side, because everyone else has! Jesus! I PRAISE you! Even as I’m struggling providing for my children. I feel like a failure but I will keep faith because faith is all I have left! Since covid I can’t seem to get back on my feet. I lost my job for declining the vaccine. I declined due to my health conditions. I suffer from lupus, and heart disease. I’m now waitressing and so thankful to be working but I’m not making nearly enough to get by. I have two beautiful boys both are autistic. I’m overwhelmed because they require so much from me. Every month is a struggle to not end up on the streets with my boys. I’m struggling buying groceries I’m so discouraged. Jesus hear my cries I’m so tired. But I have faith! Jesus hear my prayers. ❤
@TiffMiller I'm a retired social worker. Please reach out to your church and your local public health department to see if you can get some advocates or social worker to help you. I'm praying that you find someone who will brainstorm with you. Both to help you understand what resources you can utilize to navigate through this season, but more importantly so you have someone you can confide in. You're carrying a heavy load and God is by your side. You, like ALL of us, need a support system so you can remain strong for your family. God bless you!
