    Tough Mamas will figure out a way. Even when we’re not so tough, we will keep trying to make it happen. Love that even though panic attacks, you kept trying, you never gave up. I’m one of your newest cheerleaders because you’re helping me keep trying, too!

      This IS a great question!!! I should do a whole video on this. My #1 biggest thing was for me and my son, my oldest child, who actually has a different father. When my daughter first started going to spend the night with my exhusband I would have “date night” with my son and make a big deal about it. Lol, we’d go eat inside Taco Bell and come home and watch King of The Hill, or we’d go to the cheap movie theater, etc. Thanks So Much! I’ve got a few videos on here just about the art cars.

    In the same story now, with more kids, no free rental from parents or grandparents, no car, don't drive, no child or spousal support, no lawyer fees paid, literally nothing but medicaid and food stamps.
    Am just wondering for 2 kids how much child support do you get, and when you got food stamps how much was that? I just want to know what is reasonable for making it out alive.... thanks.

    • @WayCrunchy
      @WayCrunchy  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I love that you said “making it out alive.” That’s the only goal at first. That’s a very good goal and a foundation to build upon. Child support varies totally based on Dad’s income and custody agreement (temporary agreement). You NEED FREE resources. The No car don’t drive is the biggest hurdle. With phone/internet access find a woman’s shelter closest to you and have pen and paper to write down free local resources. Churches with food pantry’s and clothes closets, even furniture. Free legal aid. Tell them your situation and you don’t know how to plug into the resources available to help you. There are churches that will help and nonprofits that will help. If the person you talk to isn’t helpful ask them if they know any other organizations that can help in this situation. I didn’t find my actual social worker to help more than me filling out the paperwork and getting Medicaid and food stamps. Social services had No advice on what was available in the community or what I could do to improve my situation. I think they gave me 400$ a month in food stamps, it’s hard to remember. You can get WIC on top of food stamps. Call the WIC office and find a ride. That’s so much extra food. Food is the easiest part, that’s where there’s the most help from government and nonprofits, food pantries. Don’t pay a dime for food, put all your dimes to keeping your phone and a place to live. Good Luck! Keep calling! One foot in front of the other! I’m rooting for you!!!
