Bards being the Buff Class in RPGs really meshed well with Terraria. It gives you a reason to you multiple weapons for Bosses, rather than just having a boss weapon and a horde slayer.
Played Thorium Mod with some friends we each played one of Thoriums Classes I loved the bard class its really well balanced Glad to see more people trying it :D Loved Destroying their ears too LOL

In my cross-modded playthrough, I always got the impression this class was underpowered because of its low DPS compared to everything else. I'm now happily surprised it's just thorium's balance is just overshadowed by the standards of other mods in the pack.

Brass: Trumpet, Tuba, French horn, Euphonium/Baritone(mini tuba). Horns bassicaly Woodwind: Flute, saxophone, oboe, clarinet, Bassoon (Really big oboe). Anything requiring a reed + flute and recorder Percussion: Xylaphone/mallets, Bass drum, etc. Idrk many percussion things but most instruments that don't require air or ig u don't just use your fingers for.(Like piano u use you fingers and xylophone you hold a mallet) And btw there are multiple types of each instrument like Saxophone has 4 variants: Suprano, Tenor, Alto, Baritone, and Bass
Thorium is such a great mod, the bard class is really fun to use I just wish it had a better boost of inspiration for Moon Lord or The Primordials cause the rest of Vanilla classes including Thrower melt those bosses faster than Bard or Healer, but aside from that still really fun to play.
I'm pretty sure it refills faster the faster you get rid of it as well so you're supposed to just spam and try to land as many shots as possible before briefly recharging
I played the healer class with my friend and boy was it fun, he tanked and dealt most of the damage. During the moonlord fight he would grapple onto a platform all attacks focused on him while i healed him nonstop.
I remember beating Thorium with my two friends. I was Bard class, they were Thrower and Healer. I just remember by end game I was doing over 1 million DPS with the final armor set and weapon. It's actually insane.
You can cheese thunder bird like you can queen bee. So if you have 2-3 platforms you can jump between them constantly trick the boss into dashing above or below you. Also great vid, keep it up!
the mage/summoner class endgame absolutely shreds, I fought the pumpkin moon and didn’t move, and I used the summons with a mage weapon, and I beat the pumpkin moon without dying once and having over 250k extra points. Insane mod
I think you can use Actuators on temple blocks after Plantera is defeated (idk for sure), that might help with your ridiculously small Golem arenas, though you wont be able to place platforms over actuated blocks.
I long ago deleted terraria as I completed it with all classes twice and mage 3. I had it on mobile and couldn’t get mods as u may know so it eventually got repetitive and I wish I could get a pc :( . But it’s fun to watch you play especially with your personality and how you don’t skip over much or use mainstream mods often (ik this thorium if not I’m stooped).

I'd recommend the Boss drop health mod, it makes it where bosses drop heart crystals and mana crystals helping you early game.

More specifically, the ice shaver and icy piccolo are often used because it cuts out a lot of early weapon obtaining
