Filmation's "Secret of the Sword," which was used to introduce She-Ra, had also had a theatrical release in 1985, but the production didn't get upped for it in a similar way.
Seeing the pretenders, Power Masters, new Headmasters/Targetmasters, etc. reminds me that there were so much more potential for Season 4 if it wasn't canceled back then.
I remember 1984 when transformers came out it blew our minds !! Deluxe transformers were $19 which might as well been $1000 bucks in those days . The regular transformers were 6.99 and that was expensive!! But the mini bots bumble bee cliff jumper brawn ect were 2.99 which was not cheap but you might save up for a month or two and get one . Different era $5 buck was doing good and if you had $10 bucks you were rich .

I love it when the kids lip sync "Robots in disguise". On thing I didn't like about some transformers is when their robot head was still visible in their alternate mode. Also, Motormaster getting a headache from the forward collision with Optimus doesn't make sense, because the cab part of Motormaster is at his feet, and the Cab part of Optimus is his torso. SMH.
Transformers is not something that a girl like me would ever want. I remember getting to know Transformers in 2007, but I never liked that franchise. I didn’t even know it existed in the 80s.

I recently rewatched the movie, and honestly, there should have been no debate. The insecticon is the main thing in the frame, Skywarp was just a body. Even when the reformat is complete, it's the Cyclonus that was the insecticon that gets all the focus. I think people really just wanted Skywarp to have a cool upgrade; but even then, I'm pretty sure he was dead and his body was just used as materials to create the Armada
Skywarp woulda made more sense I agree but the point is those writers didn’t care a fraction as much as we the viewers/fans do. Thats why Bombshell was the one written into the script to be reformatted and the scene itself appears to be one of the many glaring animation errors of the series. The only one of the reformatted Decepticons whose previous life mattered was Galvatron’s. Writers were hellbent to wipe away older toy line and replace it with entirely new Decepticon soldiers
Where do these higher quality commercials come from? When some of them were released on d.v.d. officially the children's faces were all blurred out and censored because legally they had to pay them otherwise...making them pointless to watch.

I recently rewatched the movie, and honestly, there should have been no debate. The insecticon is the main thing in the frame, Skywarp was just a body. Even when the reformat is complete, it's the Cyclonus that was the insecticon that gets all the focus.
I think people really just wanted Skywarp to have a cool upgrade; but even then, I'm pretty sure he was dead and his body was just used as materials to create the Armada
Skywarp woulda made more sense I agree but the point is those writers didn’t care a fraction as much as we the viewers/fans do. Thats why Bombshell was the one written into the script to be reformatted and the scene itself appears to be one of the many glaring animation errors of the series. The only one of the reformatted Decepticons whose previous life mattered was Galvatron’s. Writers were hellbent to wipe away older toy line and replace it with entirely new Decepticon soldiers

Where do these higher quality commercials come from? When some of them were released on d.v.d. officially the children's faces were all blurred out and censored because legally they had to pay them otherwise...making them pointless to watch.
These transformers were much better than the more recent ones as they were much easier to change - seconds rather than minutes.
