Yeah brother! Looking great. Staying tuned for the maiden voyage 😛🤘🏼 Thinking my FlipSky should be here in the next few days so my garage is going to look the same 😂
Hell yeah brother! First Ride was awesome! And hopefully we can get you wired and tuned up here soon!
Yess! Thats such good news. Yep my controller arrived yesterday 😛🤘🏼 I sent you some dimension on IG. Looking forward to getting a controller mount for the Ebox 2.0 from you man 🔥
@@morganmcdougall4259 just got back to you on insta!
Build it right , then you'll only need to build it once. I have a Flipsky on my B1. I also bought an FW11 and Jetpack for my RSF650. Plus I'm building a new battery for my RSF650.
That's awesome!! Love it!
@@Razorcrew_Cole . Thank you.
Always got the cleanest builds! That jetpack setup is gonna be insane!
@@EmxBrandon Yeah I'm hearing good things about that jetpack !
@EmxBrandon . Are you talking about my builds ? If so, that's. It's my hobby . it keeps me out of trouble and from being bored.
I have 2 Flipsky controllers now. They are a godsend to the mototec frame. They're tiny but high current. I'm going to replace my Votol em50sp that came with ETM kit with a Flipsky.
No kidding! I just took my first real ride yesterday and holy crap I'm in love! They are perfect for these small motors and the throttle control is unreal!
I completely agree. Anyone still running a Kelly KVD7212nx needs to switch to the Flipsky 75200 pro.
I have a question for you B!!! I love what you do, and the time you take on these videos. I have to ask. How tall are you? I like the Bomb Moto, but I’m 6’5 275. I wanna get something to ride with my twin 5 year olds. I’m I just way too big for it?
@SBGIRILLA hey! Appreciate that! You are definitely a big guy, I'm 5'9 200lbs and fit pretty good with some taller bars. There are a bunch of guys around your size aswell that ride these and love the small aspect of it, but you'll definitely need a stiffer rear shock.
@EmxBrandon . Bomb Moto has stiffer shocks in stock. You might also want to look into having your seat redo. I had my done by Bolts&Volts when I got my seat back it was taller. and it's way more comfortable.
Please do a "How to" tune on a vesc
Once I get my bearing around it I will for sure!
Hey man, another great video. I know you are in FL and it's a big state... I'll be out there during bike week for the Daytona 200. Let know know if you put together a group ride and I'll score you some tickets to the race.
Man I wish I lived further south! I'm a little over 6 hours from daytona unfortunately. I am gonna try to make the mega ride next month 🤞
Let’s go man
Hell yeah brother!
Yessssss lettsssss gooooo
Yes sir!!!
Hey fam solid video, i just ordered that fllipsky controller as well, is yhere a way to connect breaks in such a way that the break lights will be triggered once the breaks are squeezed?
Youll need to hook up a 12v reducer off the battery and wire up thr brake switches to a brake light!
@EmxBrandon my break lights run on 60v though.
@KingKola_ gotcha, yeah if your running a 60v battery you just need to run a positive wire off the battery to one side of the brake switch and then run the other side of the brake switch to your brake light positive, then ypur brake light ground to battery ground and your good to go!
@@EmxBrandon okay, i appreciate that
Do you need that resistor and contactor with the new Flipsky v2.0? Can you explain what those are for?
You do not, the v2 has a built in on/off switch! The resistor runs in parallel to the contactor. The resistor is turned on to precharge the controller so the in-rush of voltage doesn't blow up the controller. And once it's precharged I turn the contactor on to connect the battery positive, also acting as my on/off switch. It's just a more complicated way of doing it and something I wanted to experiment with, instead of using the antispark switch flipsky offers or using a loop key.
@@EmxBrandon got it, dang that’s complicated. Would hate to be the guy who found out that’s necessary!
🤣 for real! 230 bucks is enough money to be pissed when you hook your battery up for the first time without some sort of antispark protection and ruin a brand new controller! Fortunately flipsky has been upping their game and adding the on/off switch! They just came out with a 75450 with water cooling that's supposed to be good for 450 battery amps and 1200 phase!
Have you tried the EM100 controller? Not sure the brand name. Was from China. 96v 3000w . I am building a bike on my channel. May ask a few questions if I run into problems. Cheers
Only the em50 from e&c but I've never tuned a votol before. I can try to help but I really don't know nothing about them. There are a few guys on the mototec group who can help and I believe there is a votol group aswell!
@@EmxBrandon I don't think it's a votol . No blue tooth either so I'm not sure it will tune. It has self learn wires . It was $100 on ebay. I'll see how it goes. Thanks
@frankz1125 ahhh ive been seeing those pop up lately. But yeah unfortunately I know nothing about them.
@@EmxBrandon all good. Thanks again
