Nice - Though as smart as the SE livery is I do have a hankering for the SWT colours. I thought that the 707 were quite good except for the lack of loos (especially on late evening hour long journeys home!) but I suppose the 455 and EPB style stock didn't have loos either!!

To be honest I can see why SWT didn’t opt for loos - if used on inner suburban routes most people probably only use them for 20 minutes or so - as such the additional cost and maintenance probably wasn’t deemed worthwhile. I love the red livery but I also really like this livery too - I’m 50/50 on which is better

They are quicker generally on third rail than the likes of class 700s, class 700s are pretty sluggish on the third rail . The class 707s have Pretty reliable acceleration even whilst being limited to only use a small capacity of power hahah, they are likely second to the class 465 or 377/6s (specifically /6 &7s) with acceleration.
