New to this group.. why she keeps saying "po" at the end of her sentences? in Filipino, saying "po" at the end of a sentence is a sign that you respect the person you are talking to (usually when talking to elders).

IMO, I really think, after following them for a few years, that a lot of what you (the audience) see is created BY the band to give off those impressions. I believe they each have created a unique personality/persona, even if that "persona" is largely based on their own individual personalities, that further pulls people in. It's as if they magnify what makes each of them unique in order to create "characters". Not unlike what KISS did in the 70s, but in a different mode. So, I don't think any one of them is annoyed at any other member, but rather they play INTO that to make them stand out.

Saiki is the cool one who loves to tease Big Pigeon. "Miku not Big Pigeon. Miku Little Pigeon, Po." Akane is actually quite funny but super organized at logistics. Misa may be shy but her bass playing is on a par with the best ever bassists.

When Miku talks, I cringe a little bit but at the same time I smile a lot. It's a strange effect on myself. Anyway even if i've not understood anything l liked Saiki looked like bored (and little shy) but also I liked Misa and Akane smiling all the time. I love this band. There's a morning kids' show that has a different black guy who speaks Japanese. That guy was originally from Seattle and moved to Japan for work and somehow ended up on TV. He'll sometimes translate a Japanese phrase into English on-air for the kiddies.
