Fonio is also called “Acha” or "fundi", you can use these names in your local market where they sell grains🇳🇬

I think we'd all have to enquire. But here is what Google gave when I checked
According to Dalziel (1937), fonio was known in the Northern Territories of the then Gold Coast (now Ghana) as Kabuga, and among the large Dagomba-speaking group as Kabega.
Other names for fonio include acha, iburura, and hungry rice.

You can get fonio in tthe local markets or those who sell diet related food items. If you are not in Ghana, you can check the online shops. 😉
