I'm in Northern Nigeria and we mostly use it to make acha porridge "gwete" it is so nutritious and delicious. Another thing we make is "acha pudding" almost like making oats or "tuwon acha" which is the swallow. This is new to me, I thought I could only achieve this with couscous, I'll definitely give this recipe a try ❤️🌻
