    As per Dr Khadhar vali the fibre content in wheat is 2.5 % while on Google the fibre content of wheat is mentioned 12 % .. with this fibre content the wheat becomes positive millet as carb/ finer ratio is less than 10 which is the condition for being positive millet
    Kindly guide
    Thanks & Regards

    • @bhamidipatisrinivas1551
      @bhamidipatisrinivas1551 ปีที่แล้ว

      It is not just fiber, It is the ratio between the fiber and the grain. Wheat has gluten and it causes many health issues. Also there are so many millets which have fiber than why Dr. Khadar have choosen these five? The answer is simple, they all don't stand for renal tolerance test. Only these five millets stand to that test and do not let glucose rush into the blood stream.

    Sir is it good to consume raw vegetable juice? We have it twice a day one hour before meals. We try and source organic vegetables when possible. But we don't know if they are really organic. So what should we do?

      @bhamidipatisrinivas1551 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      In this lifestyle we consume only plant kashyams and we don't consume raw vegtable juices with few exceptions.
      We can consume Salad cucumber/ Bottle gourd/ Ash gourd juices in case of heart related complaints and we also consume Carrot/ Knol khol/ Radish Juices for eye related problems.
      We don't consume any other vegetables in raw. Even the above vegetables before consumption we put them in tamarind water for 15 minutes to remove the effects of pesticides (some 70 to 80% we can remove with tamarind water as it contains tartaric acid), but the best option is Organic.

      @@binitakumari682It is very difficult to get millets that was hulled through buchi method. We can consume machine driven for the time being and later after the health got set we can go one step further and find the bucchi millets. The bucchi machine only hulls two millets at this point, when I contacted them they said they still need to experiment the remaining three yet. And also for drying we need kadapa rock. Where do we get kadapa rock in the towns and cities we live? There are so many unanswered questions which Dr khadar vali address in future or may be I have to watch more videos of him just in case if he addressed these problems too.

    What about staph bacteria infection?

    • @bhamidipatisrinivas1551
      @bhamidipatisrinivas1551 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Staph infections are caused by staphylococcus bacteria. These germs can live on contaminated implanted medical devices and improperly cleaned needles, such as those used for tattoos and injecting drugs. If an area of your skin is broken, skin-to-skin contact or touching contaminated objects may also lead to infection.

      Mono culture is strictly prohibited in this life style, In this life style we consume different seeds and flowers oils in rotations(2 days, 4 days or weekly), seeds like ground nut, sesame, niger. Coconut and safflower oil.
      All these we consume in rotation and not continuously. Even millets we consume each millet max 2 days(some cases 3 days depending the disease they have) and than we change the millet, like wise we consume all 5 millets in 10 days and the cycle gets repeated.
      Even for kashyams we consume in weekly rotation. First week one kashyam and other week another kashayam. In many videos dr khadar vali clearly said to change everything after two days(Max) including the vegetables we eat.
