    Sir, I thought earlier that it's just an illusion that brown top millet will clean the whole digestive tract. Consuming it for 4 days I felt a little pain like discomfort above my belly button while evacuating. But since then I feel so free and happy and peaceful. Both you and the millets are embodiment of God itself . Thank you

I have got dryness in my body, could u suggest where to get desi cow ghee, I see u using in different recepies made out of millets.     Dr. Khadar. I am now growing Browntop Millet as my front lawn here in Colorado. I want to get the 5 beneficial millets approved by FDA for cultivation here for human consumption. Can you help in some way. I am a alumni of Colorado College. Would you be able to speak there sometime next year? If the State is too corrupted to promote this important mission then maybe private colleges and universities must lead here. Also I live near Denver University. Both those institutions have influence here and large endowments to support this work.Thank you for your dedication and hard work. The Colorado River is drying up. Millets are what we can and should be transitioning too. I think the time is right to be heard here. I have posted your nutritional data on a sign on my front yard with your website info. You have inspired me to dedicate myself to promoting Millets both for health and to curb the rapid desertification of the once-great plains that modern agricultural practices have brought.

    Very informative, THANK YOU ! I have been going through all of your content and find it very logical. I have almost made up my mind to try this protocol for my almost 5 year old skin issue of psoriasis. However looking at most of the videos and testimonials, it looks like these protocols are very effective in case of diabetes, BP, heart, cancer etc. but I did not find any reassuring content directly on psoriasis except few Telgu videos which I could not decipher. Have you please found any positive feedback from your treated patients on efficacy of it, particularly the period of treatment and recurrence after some time, for a complex and prolonged disease of psoriasis, which affects almost all organs of the body thru vitiated blood. Your positive affirmation on this along with any links that I may have missed (preferably in English or Hindi) will be very assuring. Thank you in advance !

I am undergoing ayurvedic treatment and fermented food such as curd, idli and bread etc. are prohibited. With ambali being fermented, is it ok to take it ?

    I have started using 5 millets for about 3-4 weeks now, i have hypothyroid since 35 years and taking eltroxin.(I am 50 years old) with yoga and exercise able to reduce dosage from 1.0mcg to 0.75mcg,, recently i checked my tsh has come to 0.99, so further reduced my dosage to 0.50mcg. Hope i will completely get rid off my tablet and lead a peaceful life. Hope I will get suggestion Thanks to Dr.Khadarvalli for his life changing help

      @@Priya-wk7pn i didn't not start making millets for him. Although there is an ayurvedic hospital in Nadiad, Gujarat where they treat colitis and people feel much better. It's called P.D. Patel Hospital, Nadiad. You must visit with your daughter. Blessings for healing 🙏

    One question related to fibres in millets.
    I always wonder that by grinding millets into flour doesn't it break the fibre-carb structure and make it less beneficial?
