I can tell you that I’m a recovered addict and I was so empty with shame and sadness; the sadness was so deep that the drugs helped but made it worse. I didn’t care if I lived at a few points. I went back to college and now am a nurse practitioner. I am 5 years and 6 days clean and sober. In addiction every faculty is compromised. This could have happened to me at any time. I’m so sad for Jennifer and will never forget to count my many blessings.

It doesn't matter if Jennifer was an Addict or what her lifestyle was to support her. Firstly she is a human being, who deserved to be treated with respect, kindness and basic humanity. I totally understand her family not being able to always take her in or support financially, sadly we know that addiction can destroy family, but they still loved & cared about her, she was reported missing. Nothing will bring Jennifer back, but please let justice happen for Jennifer ❤.

CLEARLY, every single one of us in the chat thats recovering is a living MIRACLE. As an addict, especially with opiates, youre physically sick and will put yourself in a place of harm to get well. Yes there's a lot of recovering addicts in our community I am one of them Gisela I had 5 years sober before relapsing 2 in a half years ago after having surgery and being put back on pain meds unfortunately I spiraled for a full year and it took me overdosing and being threatened with the custody of my kids to get clean again I now have 2 years sober may 25th marked my 2 year sobriety date ❤ my mother also passed away from a overdose I experienced homelessness countless times in my life before getting pregnant with my oldest daughter and getting sober the first time round. Nothing a person does or regardless of who they are calls for being murdered let alone deserving of what they did to poor Jennifer 😢

I really hate when BDSM gets brought up like this because what happened in their dynamic was never bdsm. It was abuse that he tried to pretty up. The corner stone of BDSM and Kink is SSC safe, sane and consensual as well as other terms but consent is always the most important thing.
Also in no way gatekeeping but when a person enters a dynamic as a submissive there is still such a need for a strong sense of self and the self confidence to enforce your limits and take the power of submitting instead of being passive

NO!! anyone who wants to urinate on you or beat you for pleasure is not of sound mind and has you around for what you can give them (including your consent to engage in these activities). there is a reason why so many of these types of cases involve weird kink relationships
and every time it comes up there's always someone, usually a girl around the same age as the Rebecca was, who comes in the comments and is like 'not ALL bdsm'. bruh

Rebecca is horrible. Her family kicked her out, she bounced from place to place…. Because she has issues. She was just as into the sick stuff as the guy. She didn’t care about Jennifer at all.
Even coming out of an abusive relationship, one thing I did my best to prevent was allowing my abuser to abuse anyone else. I moved from place to place (to escape him) when he’d find me, he’d harass anyone who was housing me. So I’d leave there and move on, so they wouldn’t end up getting hurt or involved. Even when you don’t care about yourself, or suffer from low self esteem, you still have compassion and empathy for others, over yourself. This girl is evil, and sick. I’m glad she’s locked up forever.

It was so aggravating to listen to her mumbling through her teeth. Closed captions don't help if you are an audio-only listener like me, even with headphones I was having trouble hearing her. I understand why you said, "She didn't attempt to speak up" about not raising her voice. The key here is that she didn't speak up to help herself or Jennifer either after having a thousand chances to go tell. She's where she needs to be. ❤

Rebecca's story & credibility completely fall apart on cross-- not that it really matters, the case doesn't exactly hinge on her testimony IMO. Like many of us, she's clearly experienced a lot of trauma in her life (& has little self-worth), but she comes across as a selfish & self-victimizing liar 🤷. A pathological liar.
I feel like 85% of what came out of her mouth was a lie. I think she participated in & enjoyed assaulting & torturing Jennifer. I think she was honest about Sean's actions, just not her own. Much of what she claimed Sean forced her to do I believe she did willingly. I had to sigh & roll my eyes when she said she knelt next to Jennifer "to say goodbye" as she took her last breaths. Ridiculous. That's a lie & a terrible one 🙄.
Also, just bc Francis was the only one home when Sean found out she left with Mahogany doesn't mean Sean had Francis "watch" Rebecca; Sean could have just as easily texted his mom & asked, "What's Rebecca doing?" I absolutely believe Rebecca could have left & used any of her neighbor's phones for help while Sean was gone/at work-- for herself & for Jennifer. She chose not to, even after things "got worse" & she started noticing the "stranger" behavior (like walking in on Sean after defiling Jennifer's body, etc.)
"Because I care about people" was probably her biggest, most reviling lie on the stand. No, I don't think you do, Rebecca. I think you care only about yourself. (*Also, I saw her FB profile and she has the same completely dead eyes as Sean & other sociopathic monsters IMO.)

But I wanted to say that I'm so proud of G and the Grizzly community. It bugs me when people come in here and complain, they can always leave the stream if they don't like it here! G, we don't want you to ever change the way you present these cases. We (Grizzlies, whether TH-camrs or Patreon's, like me) ALL love you G!! And the Grizzly community!! We feel safe here, knowing you will not show gruesome pictures and will always be respectful and kind. 💜 🐻 💜🐻 💜🐻💜

@GrizzlyTrueCrime thank you for the playlist breakdown and times. It’s so organized- makes it much easier to follow the case. Much appreciation from Ohio. A new fan!
