Pro tip from someone in the fashion industry, since those heat tools can take forever going one by one, and theres still a chance they could move while placing them, use rhinestone heat transfer sheets! You'll have so much more control and it'll be quicker! All you do is place your whole design on the tape (rhinestone's sparkly side to the tape surface), place the tape where ever you want it on the garment the tape will keep it from moving, flip it over and just iron on the whole design on in one fellow pass of a iron.

I think doing a livestream and maybe with some members who want to be on camera would be fun. This sounds like a lot of from fun from one fairy book reader to another.
We pick a time that works for the majority. I would say pick a time that works for you and set it for the large part of where your audience will tune in from based on your analytics. The rest of us can catch the re watch or adjust schedules. Don’t stress this will be fun!
