No PPE used by team. and for changing belt we have such a lengthy process , I would like to suggest link belts which will eliminates involvement of such big team and time will reduced by 95%.Link belt will take hardly 10min to replaced.Safety factor of team members matters we need to take care of our team while performing any activity. Need to overcome out of Indian mentality and Indian standards which we are still following. Some were we are speaking of Bullet Train which is Japanese Technology but we are not following new standards in our day to day activity.
Apart from updating the maintenance shop they (The Indian Railways) need to hire skilled labor with ongoing training. Not some supervisor constantly providing direction and creating chaos.

Why is everyone saying old fashioned and not automatic? There are some things that need to be done manually. Every process cannot be automated.
