The dynamics of buses & Rail coaches is different. The buses have already moved to Air Springs which have better characteristics . Even in Indian Railways also, secondary suspension is gradually being changed from coil springs to Air Springs. Air springs is the way forward.

This trolley/ bogie is undergoing a maintenance schedule. Not all spares are changed during the maintenance schedule unlike manufacturing activity where all new spares are used.
You should have run a.tap down the bolt holes, blow the out, lock washer, or lock- tight, when torquing the bolts with an out of calibration torque, a easy pull, not a jerking motion, my opinion.👍👎🏻👍👎🏻
Why bother doing all this work when you reassembled it using all the used parts even the wear parts (seals, bearings, bushings, even cotter pins!) ????????
Saw some real issues during this video.... 2:15 there's obviously an issue with the threads. You can even see the guy on the air impact look up at the other guy knowing he should stop. You gall up those threads enough and the connection is going to fail. 3:15 what is he doing with all that locktite!?! Plus the threads on the bolt haven't been cleaned of the old stuff. 11:06 that's not even remotely how you use a torque wrench. These guys need some training before someone gets hurt.....
The usage of the torque wrench at 2:40 is a mishandling. The wrench already disengaged but the operator gives it another strong pull. If this is common practice, he can also use a usual wrench with a long tube.
In this, the voice is not right, in today's era, technology is old and the name is fast speed. This worker is filling grease with hand guns. This is not right
