The egg card must be one of the coolest ones haha, not too evil and adds a lot of variety to the game. Cutman Mike could add some loot to monsters spawned by cards (mini monsters, enchanted monsters), like in colourful hell, to counterbalance the resource consumption. Turning on respawning items is a nice idea to remedy that, but respawning megaspheres and invuls are a bit too cheap IMO; at least at this point of the game.
