Went out for ice cream with a guy I was dating. Get back to my apartment...and I should mention I’m lactose intolerant. I’m like ummm I’ll be right back just have to go to the bathroom. No joke, a 1/2 hour later he knocks on the door.. is everything ok? Me, yea just gonna take a shower. Him: The ice cream huh?? I fell in love that day 😂. And then after we watched a movie and he rubbed my belly as it rumbled for the rest of the night 😂. A couple weeks later I’m at his parents house for dinner. Desert, his dad goes...I got some lactaid ice cream for you because I hear you’re lactose intolerant 😂.
"Cole, can you help me?" That was hilarious, especially knowing that no, he cannot. It is awesome that you guys find humor in moments that may not normally be funny. Too cute.
I've been clocking on Cole and Charisma and I admit, I've fallen in love with these two. From the first time I stumbled upon them here. They to me is the PERFECT A couple.👍
Gosh. After being in an interabled/interracial relationship for 30+ years, there were a ton of embarrassing/funny moments. One that sticks out in my memory: My husband was dropping me off to get a haircut and we had to park on the street curbside. There was no room for me to transfer over from the car to my chair so he decided to just pick me up and put me in my chair. Well, after he picked me up, he tripped and we both ended up sitting in the gutter! A mailman happened to be walking by and assisted in a two person lift to get me into my chair. 🤣🤣
My husband has MS which comes with a multitude of issues. We have been married going on 14 years. We have learned to embrace embarrassing moments. Laughing is good for the soul!

I’m visually impaired. So I can’t recognize people’s faces. One day I went to the grocery store with my husband and he told me to wait for him at one of the isles till he finished turning some plastic bottels in. I didn’t want to wait for him so tried to shop by myself and I lost him. Then I saw someone in a black coat and thought it was him. So I went over and started talking to the person: “honey, do you want to eat chicken or steak tonight?”. Then a strange man’s voice answered: “I certainly want to dine with you tonight, but I don’t know if your husband would like that.” After that I heard my husband answering: “You’re wright about that.”
You two are so adorable! I can see the love in your eyes when you look at each other. Absolutely beautiful! As for embarrassing moments my husband and I can relate. My husband's not a quadriplegic but he has ptsd and a brain injury from being overseas. Due to his conditions we have had many embarrassing moments. One time our children wanted to go to a baseball game, being the father he is he said hed take them. We got there early so he could assess the place and get a seat where he'd be comfortable. Once everyone started filling in and touching him he lost it. Full melt down, flash backs and he was on the floor freaking out. Just remember its not those moments that make you its how you handle them. Keep up with the great videos.

The catheter getting knocked out the FIRST sleepover...God knew what he was doing there lol It was a test...she passed with flying colors! Humility is so important. That was a moment where he knew, I can completely be myself with this girl and she loves and accepts me no matter what, and for who I am entirely... I would of done the same. Asked him to walk me through what to do. And done it without a question. When you love someone, it comes naturally. Care taking should be apart of EVERY relationship disabled or not. Just in different way's. You take care of the ones you love, period.
You guys are AMAZING! so happy for you both that you've got eachother. We have an acute special needs. Hes 12. 5'7" 114 lbs. His condition is genetic. He cant eat, eliminate, walk talk and has 300 seizures a day. You inspire me with being so positive. Keep up the good work. May God Bless you both! We are keeping up the good fight here.

Hi Cole and Charisma, loved the video and thank you so much for making me giggle out loud at all of the stories. You guys are so sweet. I have a funny story. My husband and I had been dating for about 2 weeks and we went to eat after a movie. We ordered our meal, We are talking, food arrives and my husband is shaking the mustard. We did not know that the lid was not on tight, mustard went flying in my hair, on my black sweater, on my face. The diners around us got quiet and my husband thought I was going to blow a gasket as did everyone around us. He was turning bright red & thought I was going to break up w/him because of it. I am not the 1st African American he dated but he thought we were done. I had also spent hours at the beautician the day before. I started laughing so hard because he looked so panicked. He started wiping my face and sweater, the waitress helped, a diner came over to help. Well needless to say we are still together 23 yrs and 16 yr old twins later. I had just moved in with my now husband (and mother in law), and I have a super sensitive stomach. My husband and I grabbed some McDonalds, and I just got nuggets and fries, nothing crazy. We ate it and went home, and lo and behold my stomach starts going “aaAaAAaaaaa”! So I head to the washroom and yep, it’s diarrhea. I’m in pain because of my 6 piece nugget meal, and I’m just hoping for it to be over when I hear my husband cracking up, and some footsteps in front of the washroom door. I finish up and walk out, and he’s still laughing. I just let it go, but he later tells me that his mom couldn’t stand the smell and she was walking around spraying air freshener. I’m still not over it, to this day whenever I even fart near her she gets scared. :’)
Me and my husband just hit our year anniversary but we haven’t been living together for quite a year yet. We are so comfortable around each other, I’m so glad I don’t have to hide my gas or stomach problems with him. He just walked in the bathroom to tell me something while I was sitting on the toilet after having diarrhea. True love, haha. It’s the best thing ever.

Hi Cole and Charisma, loved the video and thank you so much for making me giggle out loud at all of the stories. You guys are so sweet. I have a funny story. My husband and I had been dating for about 2 weeks and we went to eat after a movie. We ordered our meal, We are talking, food arrives and my husband is shaking the mustard. We did not know that the lid was not on tight, mustard went flying in my hair, on my black sweater, on my face. The diners around us got quiet and my husband thought I was going to blow a gasket as did everyone around us. He was turning bright red & thought I was going to break up w/him because of it. I am not the 1st African American he dated but he thought we were done. I had also spent hours at the beautician the day before. I started laughing so hard because he looked so panicked. He started wiping my face and sweater, the waitress helped, a diner came over to help. Well needless to say we are still together 23 yrs and 16 yr old twins later. I had just moved in with my now husband (and mother in law), and I have a super sensitive stomach. My husband and I grabbed some McDonalds, and I just got nuggets and fries, nothing crazy. We ate it and went home, and lo and behold my stomach starts going “aaAaAAaaaaa”! So I head to the washroom and yep, it’s diarrhea. I’m in pain because of my 6 piece nugget meal, and I’m just hoping for it to be over when I hear my husband cracking up, and some footsteps in front of the washroom door. I finish up and walk out, and he’s still laughing. I just let it go, but he later tells me that his mom couldn’t stand the smell and she was walking around spraying air freshener. I’m still not over it, to this day whenever I even fart near her she gets scared. :’)

Me and my husband just hit our year anniversary but we haven’t been living together for quite a year yet. We are so comfortable around each other, I’m so glad I don’t have to hide my gas or stomach problems with him. He just walked in the bathroom to tell me something while I was sitting on the toilet after having diarrhea. True love, haha. It’s the best thing ever.
