I am in Seattle, I received my VIN on OCT. 20th for my 2023 model Y long range 5 seat. I then sent the insurance info and Tesla pulled the full amount of the car from my bank account on Oct. 26th. They then pulled the estimated delivery date and replaced it with "TBD". I texted my rep. on Oct. 28 and she came back with "we're waiting on approval from a few government agencies to deliver the 2023 Model Y. You'll receive a text in the next day or so with a link to schedule the delivery. " no other word from Tesla since.😁

Pal, When did you book Tesla is it around Jan or Feb 2022? do you know the exact dates. I just wondering I have booked on Feb 21st. My expected date showing as Nov 18 to Dec 16th
@@shan754 I know it's tough but that date range has to come down to a 15 day range else you are too far out. Fingers crossed, you should get your vin soon. What specs did you order?
Im curious to see if the new suspension updates are noticeable. Also, don't let them tell you that you cannot inspect the inside of the vehicle without taking delivery first. This is unethical. More people need to stand up to this bs.
New video coming with my vehicle walk through. Suspension ride is definitely quieter than the 2021 and slightly better than the 2022 model. From my experience, they will unlock the vehicle no matter what. They also tell you upfront that you can reject the car even after taking delivery. I think they do this in the event you take off with the car or something, you signed the paperwork and gave them your deposit if any. Stay tuned and thanks for the advice, greatly appreciated.
Saw your taking delivery at Lawrence St in Toronto. Ours is scheduled for pickup there as well. How was the delivery experience from that location and quality of the car you received? And congrats🎉

Please take your time and check everything, do not leave until you are satisfied. Start a service ticket and input stuff that needs fixing and the rest you can add later on to the service ticket. The volume of vehicle deliveries at this location is insane and they only have 2 people helping when you walk to your vehicle. In the end, customer service was poor, car is worth it. Times are very different now. My understanding is that vehicles are available in storage unless your customization requires a new build. I think calling Tesla is your best bet. Don't want to give your wrong information. For me in 2022, it took 9 months. Please like and subscribe.

@@shan754 I booked on Nov 10 2021. I did not order anything extra like a special paint color so that might be why it took so long for me.
