I haven't driven the base Lexus IS yet but the interior of the IS definitely looks more premium. It is more expensive though and The WRX has a huge advantage when it comes to power. So it depends on what you're looking for. If you're after luxury or status, get the base model Lexus IS but if acceleration is more important to you, the WRX is the better choice
I haven't found anyone that's reviewed the MT version of the WRX. Is it a base model? Is the infotainment the same as the CVT variant? Are there other trims or variants of the WRX? Is the tS, S4, or TR versions available in the Philippines?
Currently there are 3 variants in the Philippines. The WRX 6spd MT, the WRX CVT and the TS is available but on a per order basis. I believe the infotainment is the same across the variants
It’ll be too expensive if Mazda tries to sell it here in the PH compared to the 2.0 models. And knowing the PH market who’s obsessed with SUVs, it just won’t sell well here.
Great review, this is a compelling do it all car here. And I for one think it looks pretty good.
I have one it really is amazing
jaywalkur, which would u choose that or lexus IS base model? value for money, thank you

Does it cvt is good as the cvt of Honda?
Did I miss it in the cideo? How much does this sell
It's in the last part of the video. The WRX CVT sells for Php2,758,000 in the Philippines
@@jaywalkur Ohhh. Reasonably priced compared to a Civic Type R. It's an AWD and has higher ground clearance. Which one would you pick sir?
Why mazda 3 2.5 turbo is not available in philippines?

Subaru design not sure they have found winners of late.
