      @@syedsanadilshad653 no workouts nothing I did Andi ......naaku office timings valla set kaadu cheyadanaki ..I followed the below schedule morning 6 am glass of milk , 7 am lunch with millets ( one curry ,dal or rasam ,buttermilk ) I don't have habit of eating tiffin from my childhood . afternoon 12 30 pm millets lunch ( only curd rice ) evening 4 Pm butter milk and little dry fruits ....evening 5 30 pm one glass tea and little snacks ( snacks means chakkis like that ) night 8 30 pm light dinner with millets ..

    Gym is wrong concept. Slow is good for india, then fast in western concept.
    If you don't go gym for month then you will see its its adverse effects. If you do yoga then no such effects will be seen after one month or a year.
