I just want to comment and say I love this court tv style yall are doing over here. Im hooked on the evidence room. i hope yall keep it going. its like a series.
Who was next in line following AJ in the NFL Lineup and who were his adversaries or enemies?? Who did AJ pose an immediate or imminent threat to by his mere existence because; although it’s the first I’m hearing of this; it’s just not adding up for me. Also, after 7yrs he’s convicted; sounds like bribery & coercion to me.
What a coward, shot in the head while asleep. I thought he was guilty from the very beginning; a spoiled, entitled, ingrate; justice was finally served. May his parents now be able to rest in Peace.
Question I want AJ TO ANSWER THIS 1 THING WHY DID HE SHOOT THE DAD'S GUN IN HIS BEDROOM CLOSET USING A PILLOW, JUST LIKE THE PARENTS WERE MURDERED???!!!!
2nd question how did you know your sister wasn't harmed. On 911 call he states I have to get my sister. How did he know she wasn't the one that was shot?
I bet you AJ was able to con that woman that he is innocent, and con her that he has a future to offer her. Now, he has his future in prison. Even without the blood stain from his badge, there was a mountain of evidence proved his guilt.
Here’s the thing about this kid. He 10000% did it. Period ..does he regret it? Absolutely.. did he in the moment. Maybe? Does it change that he did it seven years ago as an angry, spoiled teenager whose parents just wanted what’s best for him? Nope. Doesn’t change a thing. He’s a murderer and he did several things leading up to their death - he was dancing with fire
Sociopath means that his life experiences and his interpretation and perceptions shaped his behavior. Psychopathology would suggest it was genetics. That’s the difference.
thank you for your amazing coverage of this Watching from Montreal Canada. Also how people on the streets of Huston are not calling out the verdict as not being what it because they got it right. Also I would like to know who pays for A.J lawyers. I love the way the bench never took sides they just speak facts.
I hate how this panel is sensitizing this whole situation... almost like they want ppl to feel bad for AJ and his wife and family. "Kate was crying...", "his family was right with him...". Like damn, is there any satisfaction in the overall verdict? Two parents lost their lives by the hands of their son. I don't feel bad for Kate. She knew!
You are right, Kate must be very stupid to have a child while AJ faces life in prison. Kate acted so cheerful with AJ no concern about verdict! Family is super bizarre. They only speak about how nice he is but that is irrelevant. Evidence is what counts and that is all!
I knew he did it when he told the 911 operator he heard ringing in his ears I googled it and it stated that after you shoot a gun you hear ringing in your ears
really? I never knew that. I knew they said something about him having ringing, but tbh, I didnt not comprehend what they were getting at. I know absolutely nothing about guns. I thought it was maybe his conscience.
Knowing he could possibly go to prison leaving you to raise a kid alone… and then getting out of prison 40 years later only to kill you after a small argument..😢
😢 *That poor kids gonna get older and say where are my GRANDPARENTS? He will have to digest the fact that "My dad killed BOTH OF MY GRANDPARENTS and tried to blame my Uncle." His son will also be in his MID FORTIES when his dad will POSSIBLY get out of prison!!!*
Thank you all for having impartial coverage. I understand that you are only capable of reporting from what is/was made available to the public. Since atleast one of you were present for all 3 trials, you were able to see how frequent the narrative changed. This was largely because of what was and wasn’t allowed by the judge to be mentioned in court or to public. Including things like the prosecution lost “evidence” etc. In this case, I got to see firsthand how the judge was often impartial to the prosecution and wouldn’t allow the defense the right to defend AJ with relevant facts that wouldn’t have strengthened the prosecutions case. In other words if it’s good to Defend AJ it will not be good for the State so not allowed. Since the public has no knowledge of these multiple incidents the best they can do is form opinions with gaps. What is obvious is that it shouldn’t take 3 trials to get a verdict if things were done fairly. Also if it was a fair trial there is no way this would be the outcome 7yrs later. What constitutes as a fair trial? I’ve not seen one in the 7yrs of this case and I have front row seats.
Look somebody still has to explain to me why AJ didn't have gunpowder residue on him no blood spatter on him when you fire a gun this is on you. He was suppose to have fire that gun twice where is the evidence he fire a gun that night? Why suppress the tape the neighbor had with Josh saying he was going to do harm to his family.Everything was focus on the security system. Robber break into places that have security system all the time. They said AJ clean up the place why didn't he clean his room up? It look like a tornado had went through that room.23 pieces of evidence was missing. If I had been on the jury they would had to explain to me why he had no gunpowder residue or blood sprinkles on his clothed. It was a hung jury twice because of that. That gun was fire twice. Nobody fingerprints was found not even AJ's. Before I sentence somebody to 40 years that would have had to be explain away. I don't think he was that upset with his parent about anything they say about his behavior. I don't think it phrase him. I think he knew he was well loved and they probably wouldn't do anything. Base on the interview he say if he could hear them fuss at him for five minutes he would love that. A lesson that a parent should take into consideration stop raise your blood pressure and just let them fall on their behinds and then say I told you so.Some people have to learn the hard way. He definitely wasn't the shooter that shot his parents that night. That is why the grandparents are sticking by him. AJ say the man was running away when he saw him. You don't know how you will react in a situation. I was being rob on a street corner I went to fighting the man instead of running away. I still can't believe I did that. You can't say how a person will react in a situation. If I was a family member I would hire a private eye. Trouble is easy to get into and hard to get out. This family needs prayer!
AJ also said he didn't see anybody so which is it? A relative confirmed a long time ago that he was actually with Josh at the time of the murders. Plus AJ said he called Josh before anybody and Josh told him to call 911. That boy is a killer.
I have been reading the comments. How do you all know that he is guilty? There has been evidence according to his uncle that have not been allowed by the judge that could clear his name. Not because he was convicted means that he is guilty. A lot of ppl have been innocently incarcerated for crimes that they did NOT commit. They have no evidence that he committed this crime hence the reason there were 2 hung jurys in the past. The prosecution just WANTED to send this poor boy to jail. I pray that if he is truly innocent, God will release him from this bondage. It's so sad. He already lost his parents and now he has to go through this. Smh. Noone on here can judge. Only GOD...because ONLY GOD KNOWS THE TRUTH. Not anyone on here gabbing their mouths. If it were you and you were innocent but had to spend the rest of your life in prison with other dangerous felons...how would u feel? Think about that before u say another WORD 🤔
Ok. His family believes he's innocent too. Why are they looking for the murderer? They can get their own private investigator to find the real killer or talk about finding the real killer.
If he didn’t do then he know who did. He had to have let someone in and let them out then ran upstairs to call 911. Therefore either way…he’s guilty. Let’s be clear, a criminal is going to show up with their own weapon.
I assume you are intelligent-... Or are you. Self absorbed narcissist who will God willing come to realise the magnitude of his heinous deed. Please rethink your comment
