    Is there any Hierarchy?

They are typically separate consulting practices but it can depend on the consulting company too. I would put IT Advisory as a more experienced role. Also, they are working more with the client leadership but other consultants might be supporting a business function's day to day.

What achivements and accomplishments you should have if you have no actual degrees in the firld of IT and Csc. to be an it consultant

Great question! Depends on consulting companies you apply for. In general, experience in the technical field is the most important in my opinion. Certifications to go along with that experience will be very beneficial. Large companies are starting to not require college degrees. I made a video on Google Data Analytics Cert where I talk about this. Hope you find it useful: th-cam.com/video/fDC7M4dmvn8/w-d-xo.html

Thank you for this video, I'm going to study CSE in University.
What qualities should I cultivate in both university and the time after completing my CSE degree for IT consulting?

Congratulations on your graduation! I would say the top skill most companies look for is communication skills. This is even true for technical fields like engineering. Throughout your college career you can look for ways to incorporate communication, technical, and time management skills. I'll plan to make a video on this topic and go in more detail. Thanks for watching the videos!
