Wish I would have found this before I installed my oil cooler. I like to reference other videos and steps of installing so I can compare and try to avoid anything. I was successful but I believe your video to be very helpful

Great oil cooler. I run it on my XR650L with increased compression piston and it keeps the engine cool. Plus, the part is first class and excellent quality.

What is that cylinder attached to the left side of the frame and close to the exhaust...? Did you put it there...?

OMG! Where did you get those exhaust pipes? I have 1 modded out NX and use to have a stock 250 and 650.

For my is not a good job. Dont mess with oil some day the line is gone to fail or link oil but not bad for 1 or 2 years

i know that its an old video but.. i see that u didnt put "by pass valve"that when the engine is cold it bypasses the cooler. my question is : did u have any problems without it ? i want to do this on my dommie as well and some friends tell me that it isnt a good idea to use the cooler when the bike is cold. would be glad if u respond

CHECK OUT THE OLDER A/C , AND HEATER HOSE FITTINGS , AS WELL AS THE BYPASS VALVES USED ON VEHICLES AT AUTO PART STORES { THE OLDER DODGES HAVE SOME VERY INTERESTING SETUPS , THAT MIGHT VERY WELL HELP }--YOU WILL NEED TO EITHER ASK FOR THE CATALOG , OR COME TO THE BACK OF THE STORE AND TALK TO THE COMMERCIAL SALES GUY--- { THAT IS WHERE I SIT }, I TALK AND SELL ONLY TO SHOPS/MECHANICS WHO KNOW WHAT THEY WANT--AFTER 30 YEARS SELLING PARTS I DEAL WITH THE SHOPS EXCLUSIVELY --, DAMN NEAR ALL THE COMMERCIAL SALES GUYS KNOW THERE STUFF AND CAN HELP YOU WITH WHAT IF'S THAT MANY OF THE FRONT COUNTER GUYS SIMPLY HAVEN'T SEEN { THE BACK COUNTER GUYS HAVE THE SUPERIOR SET OF CATALOGS TOO !!! }. BEST OF LUCK !--THINK O'REILLY , NAPA , CARQUEST , ANY OLD SCHOOL PARTS STORE .
