Top 10 turret dinos, barely any of them work in the video. Lol, welcome to ARK
The spider should get a turret mode, it could be like it's own mini TLC pass
Mini? It needs a full TLC
it doesn't look anything like a spider, it should climb on walls and ceilings naturally without having to switch to climbing mode, and it should have a web sling ability that acts like a living grappling hook and it could maybe spit poison while doing it, a turret mode would also be fantastic for the araneo as well.
Plus a increase to all of its stats to make it better but not as strong as a raptor and finally a weight reduction of chitin/keratin
Also a alpha variant would be fantastic for caves
@@timothytrevino3380 I think some kind of web trap would be awesome, you set it up like a tripwire trap while you're riding the spider, and anything that runs through it is slowed down or completely stopped depending on their drag weight. I think that would be amazing for taming pens

If you have Ark on PC I would recommend the Insects Plus mod. It improves insects, arachnids, most or all other arthropods as well as fish. In an update soon it will be adding wall climbing to appropriate ones. It's like one giant TLC update for all the needed 'little guys' WC forgets about.
The dilo is perfect for beach bobs. I used two in my day and they saved me when I would gather resources by hand and a lower level tried to knock me out and take my stuff, they’ll stop them from doing that

With regard to the wyv's, you are better to put them on aggressive, enable special ability and get them to follow a static tame in the base. They are devastating in groups
Karkinos carrying a velo in one claw and a thorny dragon in the other, straight up gangsta.
Arthros are extremely good at taking out plant x with their spit. This is when being ridden mind you

@@wafffle7920 no base is unraidable. You need layers to discourage raiding. Towers get cannoned, soaked, or rocket ran. Dinos get sniper and kited.

My tribe built in desert crack on rag once and we were unraidable when we were online because we would just be able to spam the basilisks spit on the entrance. Also the entrance is small so people can’t walk in with golems or anything big.
There is a similar way to make a unraidable base based on body blocking a choke with a agressive sponge (depending on cave) bread for hp/dmg having pigs(bread for food) snow owls and a yuti for support and a turret wall spare sponges and a automatic meat farm further behind in the cave with proper mutations this is absolutely unraidable when someone that knows the proper rotations is online and even completely off it takes a good amount of time or a shit ton of c4 to even get to the turret wall if everything is mutated well and the pigs are fed with kibble
The spider should get a TLC with a turret mode and the ability to climb

Idk how old this video is but the velonasaurs for sure do get bonus fire damage from melee damage levels. At least while riding and i dont imagime they hits 50s riding amd shooting and only 30s in turret mode
They actually only hit their base melee damage when set to turret mode and not mounted give it a try

Hello can someone please help! I have 10 Dilos around my base, on aggressive and on turret mode, and they're not doing anything!? I haven't seen them attack anything once!? Is there something I am missing?

Plus you of players have it easier since you have a better field of view things that are convinient for the gameplay ex: trike soaking, better combat equipment like whips and stuff, more features like tek armor ability’s, the list goes on, another reason you have it better then us is more Dino’s and again more ability and features, better controls, and of course as mentioned earlier dlc’s

No they purposely made it so you cant increase damage for turret mode if not ridden, otherwise NOTHING will even stand a chance of surviving some dudes base with 50+ of these hanging around like they already do. Too OP otherwise.
No but of u pump up their melee damage they hit hard af still. My 207 wild caught hits 64 per hit and has 8k hp so I'm beyond excoted to start breeding it
Sode note on velos they make amazing deathworm killers. I let a rex or high up tame tank and then blast em woth velo and its usually 2 full stamina bursts and worms dead

Yuty turret mode isn't a thing you can do on multiplayer it's only a singleplayer feature wyverns aren't good for turret mod cause thiell kill you and the range is short so once in a certain range they go off the mode and go kill normally
