Sun Fast 32 Accelerate Solo spinnaker end to end gibe (method 1) (how - to)

This is a metod of end to end gybing the spinnaker while sailing solo.
With light - medium winds, this metod will be perfect and fast.
step 1: trim spinnaker to "self fly mode" and ease down spinnaker sheet enough for fit in the pole while gybing.
step 2: push spinnakerpole to other side. (always pick-up the loose sheet first before unclip the pole, this prevents you can't reach the sheet anymore.)
step 3: turn in gybe with autopilot and gybe mainsail.
step 4: set correct course and trim spinnaker.

Wow, now that's a guy who knows how to gybe a spinnaker!

how much was the wind? looks very light, over 10 knots it's going to be difficult to just push the boom over, without slamming it
