Sun Fast 32 Accelerate Solo spinnaker end to end gibe (method 2) (how - to)

Hi all,
This is a metod of end to end gybing the spinnaker while sailing solo.
With stronger winds, this metod will ease the pressure in the spinnaker, less pressure makes working with the spinnakerpole more easy on the foredeck.
step 1: furl / hoist Jib (this prevents unwanted swirl of spinnaker around forestay and ease the pressure in spinnaker)
step 2: trim spinnaker to "self fly mode" and ease down spinnaker sheet enough for fit in the pole while gybing.
step 3: turn in gybe with autopilot and gybe mainsail.
step 4: push spinnakerpole to other side.
step 5: set correct course and trim spinnaker.
step 6: furl jib away and enjoy your new course!
