size 7 men is 8.5 women, look at size choice when trying to buy, nomatter which gender, if u fit them at max 10.5 men 12 women u can wear em, I suggest half size up tho, so if you max a size 10 men 10.5M/12W should be fine, unless u have a small feet or like your shoes snug, then go for 10.5 men if u 10.5 men
