First video of yours I've found. Looks like you've got a great shop, killer skills and tons of creativity. Look forward to seeing what else you come up with. SUBSCRIBED.
Just seen this video. A great build and love the result 👍👍👍 Has given me some fresh ideas of what to build 😉 Subscribed, about to check out more of your builds and thanks for sharing 👍
Ha I got it..? That tabletop hasn't got one broken edge in it's design, it is damn near perfect! It's an oxymoron on legs (With broken edges, naturally :) I like It.
Will use this concept for a kitchen island. What kind of ....was that a special stain you used, the one you sprayed on the reclaimed wood? Thanks for this video and the other ones I've seen.
I like it. what is that large pocket hole machine? might have to look into one of those. I have a small one, what I would call a "homeowner" Kreg Jig. Pocket holes have served me well
+MidGAOutdoor yes, best invention ever... I have two in the shop. one in the video is called a "Castle Machine". the other one not shown in the video is called a "safety speed pocket screw machine". both are around $5000.
Travis McElroy i placed piece of ply in the concrete and was able to screw it together.(not sure if this was the best way but it seems to be working fine.) you can also use silicone.
I notice you have the concrete mix quite runny whereas other videos have the mix a little thicker? Does the thinner mix affect finished strength? As I can see the benefits of the thinner mix flat surface wise
yes it was more runny than i wanted. i have the speed faster than normal so it looks runnier than it should. i was also using GFRC which is a little different than your normal concrete you get at the store. that day, i had an appointment to get to and kind of had to rush. wasn't my best poor.
+Jeanne McAllister these videos are not intended to be "how-to-videos", they are strictly to inspire people to make stuff. I am an artist not a teacher. the beauty of you tube is that you can always unsubscribe if you get bored.
+Broken Edge Designs - Inspire? Sir, you obviously never heard the "fish" analogy. People learn by attempting to duplicate something that may have seen that they liked through good instruction. You have a shop set of tools that most people don't have so dumbing-it-down for the common folks could inspire more people to "fish". I think you have too big of an ego to change, so you're right, I'm unsubscribing.
Definitely enjoyed the sounds!
It doesn't get better than that brother!!!!!
Cheers,
Joel
+Joel J. Garcia thanks!!

Love your Chanel ,
What’s the unusual machine which you put the wood under ? Couldn’t see if it was making mortise or anything
Pocket screw machine
Слишком заумно все, да и инструментов куча понадобиться!!!, все намного проще делают и надежнее наши мастера!
I'm not a fan of concreet as top. But in this case it looks great. And with the wax it will be much easier to keep it in shape.
Just seen this video. A great build and love the result 👍👍👍 Has given me some fresh ideas of what to build 😉 Subscribed, about to check out more of your builds and thanks for sharing 👍
thanks for the support nick!!
Any time 👍👍👍
lol: a pirate treasure of tools!
For about 5 seconds I thought you were going to put a melamine top on that table. Nice work.
+Chad Burke thanks! ya that would of been all bad!
I thought that too, I was like wtf is he doing? Turned out beautifully though!

Security camera catches man making table in high speed
Wow, that is some shop! Ar you sjre you don;t have some "entryway table maker" machine there?
Stunning...
How did you attach the concrete top to the base? Beautiful build buddy 👍!!! Josh
i had a piece of plywood in the concrete and i screwed from underneath the base.
Awesome!
cool and creative!
nelda blanco thanks!
love this built
thanks!
Hi there I’m really love how you make this table can I get the dimension or measurement?
wood section is 45" wide x 13" deep x 32 tall...the concrete is 48" wide x 14" deep x 2" thick
Will use this concept for a kitchen island. What kind of ....was that a special stain you used, the one you sprayed on the reclaimed wood? Thanks for this video and the other ones I've seen.

A+ plus man..inspires me to put a gun in my mouth looking at my wood work

+Broken Edge Designs Oh WOW. ill have to skip out on a $5000 pocket hole jig. Id buy the Festool Domino first.
+MidGAOutdoor I love the domino. I highly recommend!!
safety issues? no dust mask? are push stick expensive?
+Larché Jacques Clarel the video is great but you should invest more on health and safety . :)
What is the tabletop made from? Can not understand why you polish and wax.
+max well designs it is concrete, I add a sealer on it and then polish and wax
What product did you use before the polish? is a sealer?
on the concrete I used cheng concrete sealer, www.concreteexchange.com
Can you tell us how you mounted the concrete top to the wood frame please?
Travis McElroy i placed piece of ply in the concrete and was able to screw it together.(not sure if this was the best way but it seems to be working fine.) you can also use silicone.
Ohh that's right! I remember you doing that. Thanks man, love your stuff.
Love it! What size Domino Tenon were you using?
i think i used the 6mm x 40mm
Very nice work. How heavy was that top? Where do you find that concrete wax?
The Top isn't that heavy I used GFRC probably about 50lbs . I use Cheng concrete products www.concreteexchange.com
I notice you have the concrete mix quite runny whereas other videos have the mix a little thicker?
Does the thinner mix affect finished strength? As I can see the benefits of the thinner mix flat surface wise

Wow, I love watching you make stuff, so talented. When did you start building things?
thanks Bailey B! i have been a cabinet maker for 10 years now and just started making videos last year for fun.
Broken Edge Designs that's really cool. Your videos are the best. I have learnt soo much watching them. Have a great day!! 🙂
Yup, you Rock.

Kewl Build brother !!!

+vc C thanks!
What do you coat the wood with after sanding?
i used a lacquer based vinyl sealer, and a lacquer based acrylic top coat from sherwin williams
SKILLZ
1:38 what does that thing do?
Brandon Tackett it makes pocket holes. www.castleusa.com/
Use push stick!
fuck off
Nobody even explains what there doing !
sell old house made of oak and pine built in 1909 from 200let materials
Fabulous work, but methinks you need to take greater care of your lungs! Just sayin.. :-)
Nice but i dont have all those fucking tools and equipment
you don't need them.
Do you ever add basic plans to your vids? Just watching you and your skills gets a bit old! Sorry to be so blunt.

+Jeanne McAllister Wow, somebody's feelings got hurt....
The camera should at least focus on the drilling holes etc...
No mask???
No mask when spraying.... in a year nothing will make sense to you...
why the hell do you all screw like semi fire?????? non stop Turning till its in!!!!!!
+Tradstone701 I'm not understanding your comment...could you explain.
+Tradstone701 it is an impact drill if that's what you are referring to.
