@@notsoluffy8196 In this case, the acrocanthosaurus (dinosaur shown in the video) is tamed by challenging it, you have to deal a lot of damage to it and then it'll roar, when that happens, you have to get close and literally shove drugs in its mouth enough times to knock it out, but the acro sometimes does a fake roar and if you get close and try to feed it then... well, you get reminded why it is considered one of the strongest carnivores in the game in a pretty unpleasant way
I've never played asa because it's simply a graphics update to normal ase. But this right here looks like a really fun taming method other than the awful shadowmane taming method. Nice job

I dont get all the complaints this is clearly on ps5 and I see no optimization issues no framedrops ect. yet people who play on high end pcs say its awful (probably from them trying to squeeze every ounce of power out of every single component in their machine possible which i find overkill just to play a game)

@@Maze846 It's available on the ps5 yes. It's probably similar to the xbox version which was more blurry as they had to turn down the graphics. I have no idea how the performance is. I play it on pc not console. I played old Ark on xbox one but I then switched platforms.

The side walk it has is a defense mode that makes it extremely resistant to attacks and fills up it's rage meter which after it's full, it makes it roar, be insanely strong and deal devastating attacks. But the guy in the video is skilled enough to quickly feed it narcotics which cancels the rage mode and makes it go back to defense mode, and repeat

I love that PS5 looks way better than PC. For PC to even play you need to spend $3k on a Graphics Card.
The best card on the market is around half that. But you don't need a 4090. My friend plays on a 3060ti and says it runs fine.
