This was a bit helpful, ever since I first tried her out in Practice, I immediately wanted her and I play her a lot. The only bad thing is- I don't have a seperate laptop for Gaming since mines was originally meant for school and it's a little old. So I lag quite often at the worst times.
Put everything on low. I have a low end laptop as well and Blur was on for some reason. Maybe lower your resolution a little bit.
@@illtakethatasacompliment5839 well I'm actually hoping to get a seperate laptop for Gaming here soon. Also- I figure another reason for my original laptop being slow is also because of these pop up ads I keep getting and can't seem to get rid of. But aside form that, just hoping I get a laptop I don't lag on so I can get better at the game. Maybe even work on my reaction time 👍🏻

I don't understand why you haven't talked even once about the one ways which are one of the BIGGEST strength of Viper, also you could have shown some more long throws with her smoke because that one throw at 1:10 is literraly one of the worst things I've seen a Viper do, you should at least tell your viewers that this smoke throw puts you in a terrible position if there is any ennemies that could pick the line cause you literraly can't fight. Also don't throw two snake bites on the same position like at 4:40, it doesn't stack dmgs or anything, just waste. Overall, I really like ProGuides, wether it is for Fortnite, League or Valorant, but this video is really not good, at least not of the quality ProGuides have showed us before. Still have some good overall tips.

They need to change decay damage to be permanent, it would make Viper a lot better and she would get picked more
I think they've thought this through while extensively testing abilities for years during the development phase of the game. Just taking damage is the first thing that comes to mind when you design this kind of ability. But they've made it more complex to return health back to create tactical complexity and to balance it out. So, it's not that easy as you might think it is. They have reasons to make it this way.

I am new to valorant and i bought her because she was thick lol
The only thing I don't like about viper is that her toxins go down real fast. If it was a bit longer or if you could regen toxin(faster) in her ultimate then viper would be really good. Also another problem is that the decay damage is regenned real fast.
That would cause nearly perma-locking of zones. Though tweaking regen rates requires such meticulous work and a lot of testing. After years of testing inside company and during the beta test they've have gathered a lot of statistics to come to some decision about current regen rate. I'm not stoically defending the current regen rate, I'm just saying that it's complicated. Maybe it requires buff, maybe it actually doesn't.
Yea well the thing is that there is no punish for the wall. All it does is block los and I've seen so many people just walk through without even hesitating. The fragile debuff for the snakebite was good and I think that there should be a debuff like slowness to set up a potential punish depending on the skill of the player
