1 year ago...no masks...no covid...no social distancing, just strangers gathered together enjoying some unexpected music. Never thought I would miss being in crowds. And just their smiling peaceful faces has me missing 2019 and the freedoms and simplicity that existed. I took them for granted until now.

God music is just amazing. I have Multiple Sclerosis and I am in a pretty bad flare up right now and so the pain is intense. This video works better than ANY painkiller I've ever taken. Music is absolutely healing and euphoric!

It's associated with multiple trauma factors.....especially stemming from childhood....many people form C-PTSD from long term exposure to repeated trauma.....or maybe multiple traumas over many years....in my case I've had both and it almost killed me.
