Yes my first .25 wasn’t real needles , I ordered your .75 and it shipped so fast and what a difference. I put alcohol on my face , took my time and my shin was fine the next day . I stayed out of the sun ☀️. I also used Vitamin c and Aloe after it really helped soothe my skin after . I was just wondering if doing 0.5 once a week is not a short time frame for the skin to heal completely. Do you have a specific source why do you recommend once a week for 0.5?
roxanne sussana because this size doesn’t reach dermis and takes shorter time to rejuvenate. Skin takes 28 days to rejuvenate completely thats why 1.0mm roller that reaches dermis needs one month. And 0,5mm one week or every other week but not more often.

There's too many brands to say which ones are real in a list, I do know angel kiss has one on Amazon that says "real needles" that I was considering getting, and it has a .3 mm size which is great for beginners. They make other ones too but idk if they all have real needles. Check the links gin provides in the description for her recommendations.

Hello Gin, you look beautiful as always. I have purchased an individual needled 0.5mm dermaroller with 192 titanium needles. I used it on my scalp with and... nothing happened. It felt good though :)) But no pain, no blood, not even a slightest redness. I felt the needles going in. Am I doing it right? Will it still work even without any appearent redness? And when shall I buy a new one? I remember you saying "you should buy a new one in every 10 usage" but it was for steel needles I suppose. Titanium ones are not so enduring :/

I am hesitant to use vitamin c serum because I get rashes from vitamin c serums even without derma rolling so now that I'm planning to derma roll I am quite scared to use it. I am planning to use my usual lemon night cream with a bit of butylated hyroxytolene retinol. Any suggestions though? Thank you! 🙂
every vitamin c serum is different, I would not recommend ascorbic acid which 90% of serums on the market have. Thats why I use only sodium ascorbyl phosphate! But you don't have to if you don't want to love

@@GinAmber I am using ZGTS 1MM Derma roller once in a week for 15-20 minutes. Usally I wash my hair with ketoconazole 2% shampoo before derma roller procedure. Everytime I do dermarolling at home my scalp has dead skin on the next day.

I do have a question! I have your .5 I used for 5 weeks and cared for my skin and the dermaroller correctly. After the 6th time I broke out with a reaction pretty bad and had to get meds. The week prior I had started using pure aloe gel after dermarollong then my cerave PM moisturizer. I thought maybe it was an allergic reaction and steroids by mouth cleared me up within a week. Did I use the wrong products or do something wrong? I’m not allergic to the cerave moisturizer but maybe it or the aloe didn’t jive with dermarollong? Or could I have done it too hard that time? Every other time o used the dermaroller with no issues. I want to go back to dermarollong but want to make sure I’m taking aftercare correctly
Shea Diane just don’t use these products after dermaroller anymore love. You got allergic reaction. Using without dwrmaroller can be ok but dermaroller leaves tiny wounds and your body for some reason didn’t like aome ingredients in these products. Maybe has drying alcohols, fragrance, synthetic ingredients?

I also found a website saying that derma rolling damages the skin and wears out collagen production (like there’s only so much available and once you reach that amount you don’t have anymore)...can you do a video on this? retinols are irritating for the skin that why, please wait a day at least to apply after dermaroller

I saw a woman (“expert”) interviewed on another TH-camr’s video that said you can derma roll a 3-4 times a week, and that you can use 1 derma roller for 6 months to 2 years. I had seen your videos first, so this confused me...I feel like I should trust you, not her. You seen to have more in depth experience. Thanks!
Omg, that would damage the collagen and elasticity completely and would cause pre mature aging.
Gin Amber, thanks Gin! Once I saw one of your videos suggesting once a week I followed your advice. But it does get confusing when we hear different things. I also found a website saying that derma rolling damages the skin and wears out collagen production (like there’s only so much available and once you reach that amount you don’t have anymore)...can you do a video on this?
