- My first 2 months of TH-cam as a brand new channel. After 2 months I achieved 250 subscribers and 1500 public viewing hours.
This is a compiled guide of everything I have learnt about TH-cam videos and the way the platform works so far.
I am sharing this information to help other small channels grow.
I am surprised how quickly the channel has grown, particularly regarding the viewing hours. And amazingly both subscribers and viewing hours hit the halfway mark at the same time.
I may have missed out a couple of pieces but I will do another video when the channel hits 500 subscribers and 2000 viewing hours (half way point for monetising) to identify any further lessons learnt.
Please like, subscribe and leave a comment to support the channel.
Thank you.
Chris.
Am really enjoying these videos. Really watching for entertainment value only and they tick the box. Certainly whilst I might not go buy a pallet myself it doesn’t mean I don’t find it intriguing to watch.
Love the fact you are being transparent with how your channel is growing too. I like to feel the channels I choose to watch are honest and relatable. Keep going and I look forward to watching the next one.
Thank you for the nice feedback. I will keep doing what I'm doing :) there will also be some different videos going up in the coming month as I want to see what does well / take the opportunity to film different things.
@@FinancialFreedomChris that’s a good idea. Have you thought of a best and worst video style? Like the most profit you’ve made and the least? Or a general video about what sells well and what you just can’t give away, I know you’ve touched on this but in more detail? Also what about a ‘what can I make from the bits of pallet returns I can’t sell.’ Just as a funny one…..like can you make and sell a, for example, cat scratching post etc. show the process of making and trying to sell it. Just a thought.
@@lynkeeling4569I like your ideas. I just need more time in the day to make things at the moment.
