Saw a manta on the last night during a shark feeding frenzy off the jetty

as I had no idea how to value it in its condition it went a lot lower than it should have. It went within hours of advertising it.

They have large waste disposal areas. Anything I don't take I dispose of. Any pallets that don't get picked up I presume end up back in the auction.

Hey, if money was no object i would buy the fixed price pallets from other liquidators. However, these tend to be in the hundreds. And the items could prove difficult to sell, as they are usually smaller lower value items but in bulk.

Side Hustle, however, I do see some people rock up to auction with Luton vans getting a dozen or more lots.

There are liquidators in most large urban areas now. Do a Google search on liquidators in your area. They will either have a fixed price system or auction system. The fixed priced ones cost significantly more though.

I have had a really good winning streak and good items this year, but the last few wins have not been on the same level.

Unfortunately it had no pictures or manual inside so i am unsure. The plastic was ripped, so if it is it is going to need a new plastic cover.

Pick up a SIM from the airport. They can be quite expensive for the data packages, however, their appears to be masts on all islands for phone signal.

Haha. I usually manage. But on this occasion the photos on the auctions were not obvious as to how big these boxes were. Seriously considering purchasing having a van in the near future, but at the moment the auctions are to unpredictable to make it a long term investment.

That is an interesting idea I had not considered. Yes roof racks are available. But I don't know if it would be suitable for these items.

Regarding items that sell better in different seasons, over the summer inflatable paddling pools and tents did extremely well. I have also learnt to avoid electronic returns like the plague as these tend to be very faulty and require manufacturer repair..

Yep, wrong time of year to try and sell some of this. Might have to hang on to it until next summer.

Primarily facebook market. A lot of it is to large for postage and delivery, and would wipe out any sort of profit. If it doesn't sell in a few weeks, then off to a carboot.

Some pallets do better than others. Some pallets have been worth over £2000

@@vasilshimboff6964 Use the keyword 'pallet' in the search. You need to look out for the low value ones. Use a laptop or desktop to get a bigger overview of the auctions about to finish. You will be able to to identify the low value ones quickly. The auctions that finish mid afternoon are the best as fewer people will be able to bid when they finish.

Thanks. I use John Pye auctions. Just spend a lot of time trawling through the site for pallets. They don't come through all the time and are hit and miss on the quality and how much you end up paying for them.

Hi are there any of these auctions around Doncaster or Leeds, I'm a career for my wife so money is tight is it worth having a go

@@DavidLaverack hI, i am unsure if there is anything around your area. The closest to mind would be Chesterfield. But there may be other companies closer to you. It is worth having a go, but you have got to try and keep the spending low. Auction fees are added on plus VAT. Then selling 2nd hand products depends on the item, the season and the demand, depending on how much you will make from it... if the item is in good working order.
