I personally think a first date should be something simple like a coffee shop or getting some ice cream, sitting down and talking and getting to know each other. I never understood the concept of going to a steakhouse or going to a restaurant on the first date, because it is so noisy. You’re practically screaming at each other. Now, if you guys go on the second day or the third day, then yes, you can elevate things.
They store all the food in the back to hide the disappointment. Way to take one for the team king.

I was once with a girl that had that mentality, its exhausting. Im almost 30 now, and my ideals have changed drastically. Im the same way now, i dont mind spending money but i dont want to feel used again over money. Schratz, do some research on these places before you go. A lot of these Mexican places, like Taco Los Gueros, aren’t even Mexican, or Hispanic, owned… it’s some corporate white folk capitalizing off others cultures. Another one is Tacoria in NJ, it’s Indian owned. I know most don’t care who makes it, as long as it tastes good, but if I’m going to a Mexican, Italian, Greek restaurant, I’m going to support people who are actually from these places, not someone who felt “inspired” to make Mexican, Japanese, Greek food etc.
Underrated take on nachos @6:20 nachos r so much better when they marinate a little. Get a lil soft and stuck together lol.
