The puppy adoption story boils my blood. That is ABSOLUTELY part of what’s wrong with our local agencies today. They give in to the demands of the entitled, but go out of their way to make it difficult for those that want to conduct normal business. Ridiculous.
We tried to adopt a dog from our local humane society years ago. We adopted a large breed that they claimed was good with kids and cats. After the dog snapped at my wife AND my kids, showing signs of aggression we had to bring him back. The person who we talked to when we brought him back was like “I don’t know why they let you adopt him, says right here aggressive tendencies, not good with kids.” We adopted a cat and when we brought it home it was flea infested. When we brought the cat back they said “this is the second animal you brought back, you are now on our no adopt list.” Forget the fact that they lied about both animals, it was our fault
@@Danarchy3 That’s awful to hear. You should’ve reread the contract or their company policy or animal shelter laws on disclosing important animal traits. Maybe you could find grounds to sue ‘cause that doesn’t sound very legal.
Something similar happened to my mom. Her pupper passed away at the ripe old age of 14, and after a mourning period she was ready to adopt another little one. She went to the local shelter every day, and after 6 months one came in she was crazy about. She was the first to show interest. She went there every day so the puppy could get used to her. Then they put the dog on the website and got a ton of responses. Long story short the shelter people went against their own rules, and decided to hold a lottery because people were complaining. My mom didn't win, and she was absolutely heart broken. I was with her when she went because she thought it was all done. She sat in the parking lot and cried, my mom isn't a crier, then returned all the puppy items she had just purchased. That happened 3 years ago, and today she called me to tell me about the kitten she just adopted.
@@amandab8433 that’s horrible. Glad she got a kitten. Personally I’m not a cat person but we adopted this indoor/outdoor cat from someone my wife knew. This cat is feisty, she doesn’t want to be petted or let anyone near her….. except me. She latched on to the one non cat person in the house
Whenever people pull the discrimination card to get what they want, they have no idea of the disservice they're doing to themselves and their groups/communities...
Literally makes it harder for their group when people actually face discrimination. I remember a video of a black guy accusing a Starbucks employee of being a racist because he wasn’t told thank you for buying a coffee. This mans entitlement wanted a person to thank HIM for being provided a service🤦🏾♂️As a black man all I think of was how he just made racial discrimination a joke
That's the point. They don't care, Assholes always have this mindset that when the consequences of their actions come a calling, they'll be long gone and it will be other people's problems. Which is always good when they suffer the consequences twice fold! One day, we will refine things that the moment entitled BS like these's appear to use their "status" as a bully tactic! it will be shut down on the spot and they'll wish they never brought it to the forefront like they did!
Exactly. I'm a member of the LGBT+ community myself and when I heard what they did all I could think was "we have fought too long and too hard for our rights for you to make us all look like entitled attention seekers like the phobes say we are". Also huge animal lover, so I'm frankly terrified what what they might have put that pup through :(
Never forget: the world is full of idiots. Every group, class, nation, profession or people has them. The important part is to remember to let those idiots ruin it for everyone else.
I’m not sure I understand what the homophobic or transphobic people fear exactly. I’m very firmly of the opinion that what adults do with full consent in the privacy of their bedrooms is absolutely none of my business. I don’t need to know and the vast majority of the time I don’t want to know and that applies to het stuff too. I have a similar stance on trans people. I’m not a telepath and I don’t know how it feels to be you. If someone was born one gender but feels like another then fair enough. You do you. I’ll respond to what gender you want to present as. I suspect my attitude came from playing MMOs where it’s impossible to tell the actual gender of the player behind the character so I concluded for the sake of ease I’d treat the person as whatever their avatar seemed to be. At the same time I’m not sure about certain sports. I can see instances when a trans woman may still have the strength advantage that came with being born male now competing against women who don’t have the same strength. And I don’t know how to balance those factors but luckily that particular circumstance is so rare and specific I’ll never have anything to do with it either way.

But it depends on if the higher ups have brain cells to decide to invest that type of money. Would be stupid not to with how this incident happened without the ability to cover their own asses! Hope that gets brought up if they let their stinginess get in the way! On the other hand though, the couple likely lost WAY more money in stuff the pupper destroyed in their home that it like EXCEEDED the adoption fee and this time their threat had no power anymore and they knew they were CLEARLY not wanted around and not because of their sexuality. But because they are now identified as rotten individuals and their deception backfired and was uno reversed on them!
As an LGBT, it actually angers me knowing there’s folk out there using their sexuality to be entitled and make false claims of homophobia. I’ve lived through some violent homophobia from strangers in a small town, who thought “f@ggot bashing” and “q*eer kicking” was a SPORT, and lived with a homophobic family, so it genuinely angers me seeing folk make false homophobia claims when so many of us simply aren’t believed, are told “it was probably nothing”, “get over it” and “who cares”.

I love when the "boy" in question suffer from their deceptions!) and I'm sure everything the pup tore up and ruined cost WAY more then the adoption fee. They get arrogant and this couples smugness came from the fact this was likely not the first time they did this and got what they wanted! Hopefully they suffer a BIGGER then this consequence that won't be negative to the LGBT in the future if they didn't learn their lesson from this. They did it because they knew they couldn’t take care of the dog, and they wanted to teach them a lesson. So it’s possibly a crossover from r/pettyrevenge.
As someone who's had dogs since I was a tinnie tiny baby, it infuriates me to hear a story where someone adopts a puppy, realise they bit off more than they can chew, and then dump it back at the shelter. It happens so much, especially around Christmas time and it spiked during COVID. We have a dog who jumped from home to home, and while we've handled many of her problems and even taught her how to play (yes, none of her previous owners taught her to play even with a freaking ball) she still has massive separation anxiety, thankfully our other dogs help her settle. And it's so much worse for dogs in shelters. They need a home, a permanent, loving home that has time for them and whatever issues they have.
Years ago my Wife and I adopted a Cocker Spaniel at our local SPCA. He was such a great little pupper, about 5 y/o when we got him. He lived 11 years before getting Cancer and having to be euthanized. We still fondly remember all of his antics, his likes and how in reality we think he rescued us instead of us rescuing him. In his memory we found a statue about 1/2 size that we placed in his favorite spot to wait for us if we left to run errands.
@@shadowknows3882 awww, that's beautiful. It always good to have something that helps remember them. We have a pole in our backyard that has the collars of animals that passed. The most recent belonged to a beautiful rescue rough haired collie. She was around 11 or 12 when we had to get her euthanized in 2018. She got me through some pretty rough times in school, so I was lost for quite a while without her. Animals always take a piece of our heart with them when they go, but the years of love and trust we have with them makes the hole worth it.
@@phantomthedragoness As I've often heard pet leave their paw prints all over our hearts. And any rescue will leave you wondering who rescued who? Our only regret with our Cocker was that shelter rules required that he be neutered before we could bring him home, as soon as we got to know his personality we wished we could have bred him once to get another sweetheart of a Cocker Spaniel.
@@shadowknows3882 Many shelters require them be neutered especially males, as they are often more boisterous and have a high chance of getting cancer in that area if not neutered. Plus, I do believe you would have been responsible and made sure the puppies went to a good home, but so many of the shelters are filled with dogs that are bred by inexperienced breeders, usually the bully breeds like pitbulls and staffies. I suggest watching a video (th-cam.com/video/5qFjXlga0Z4/w-d-xo.html) on Its Me or The Dog channel, it explains it a lot better than what I can.
first of all I agree that getting a dog should be thought through however If you notice you can not handle the dog or it just isn't a good fit you should take them back yes it sucks but the dog gets the chance to be adopted by a loving family this is so much better than keeping them anyways and negelegting them or worst abandoning them on the road

And that’s where most shelter dogs are from. We need stricter requirements on dog ownership and training. Mandatory desexing for non show dogs (excluding medical conditions that make it impossible).
I hope the lady who adopted the french bulldog in the end was on the original adoption list. I know it's unlikely, but that would've been awesome.

Best part is they played themselves! They got the Dog for free, but they put themselves into a corner and learned that they might have coward at the fear of being labeled "phobic" the first time. But as they were given what they want "as an apology for inconveniencing them" they shut off any attempt to use it again (The boy who cried wolf! I love when the "boy" in question suffer from their deceptions!) and I'm sure everything the pup tore up and ruined cost WAY more then the adoption fee. Meaning they lost money and resources just because they wanted to soothe their fragile egos by pushing back years of progress the movement have brought up just to smugly get their way (and as said with the Boy who cried wolf, we know how this ends! As a Black Man, I feel your disgust and anger! Feel the same way whenever I saw this behavior among my fellow Blacks willing to hide behind their race and lie to get their way! They get arrogant and this couples smugness came from the fact this was likely not the first time they did this and got what they wanted! Hopefully they suffer a BIGGER then this consequence that won't be negative to the LGBT in the future if they didn't learn their lesson from this. Why did they do that??? They are mainframe their company etc look bad!
@@stephsoohall6841 Based on their explanation for the 72 hours, caving and giving them the dog was also illegal.
True that!

@@anndownsouth5070 but without breeding dogs will go extinct it’s they’re man made and man must continue the responsibility to create well mannered dogs.
Several breeds nearly went extinct without the care of well meaning people and I won’t lie perhaps some should…. But the true fault lies in poor breeding from puppy mills and backyard breeders. And that’s where most shelter dogs are from.
We need stricter requirements on dog ownership and training. Mandatory desexing for non show dogs (excluding medical conditions that make it impossible). That’s why hobby breeders have contracts because they care about each pup and people need to be very thorough in vetting breeders. And reporting the sketchy ones.

That's complete bullshit. When I was growing up the only people who could tell you what their dogs breed was were rich people who specifically bred them for shows and bragging rights. Of course smaller demand for pure breeds also meant they could keep better records of their pedigrees and minimize issues with inbreeding genetic disorders. Plus no puppy mills since that level of supply is pointless without equally high demand.
The rest of us had mutts who are hands down the coolest dogs out there, posses the best traits from numerous breeds, and had no problem repopulating on their own, in fact sometimes they were a little to good at it.
Story 1: People who would do this kind of thing don’t deserve to have a pet!🤬
I hate how often entitled adopters turn out not to treat their animals well. Turns out the self-importance does not extend to their own.
Isn't it technically theft too that the Karen took the person's ID when she had not right to have that personal information? It just opens up so many red flags considering your ID has so much information about yourself on it. I've been watching too much Audit the Audit, haha.
Being both a trans woman and socially anxious, that last story is my literal nightmare😅
Story 2: "There's not a whole lot I can do." Yeah there is, you can call the police on them. I would say that constitutes stealing land, as they're attempting to enforce their own rules of accessibility on property owned by the city. So they're effectively stealing from the city.
Ah, good, nice edits.
Story 3: Well... on the bright side until you told her she thought you were "clearly a boy" so that's good.
Also, with the part about OP being unable to lift their own children out at the end of play time, I'm sure a case can be made for some sort of imprisonment. Doubly so if the irresponsible parents are absent while their own kids are inside. Seriously. They should be grateful they were only told by the cops to remove the lock, because it could *easily* be so much worse.
I would of gotten cutters to cut the lock or padlock the EP front door
If it wasn't OP, someone would have done it eventually. Heck, I'm sure a City Inspector would have spotted it at some point and fined them to the hilt.
I'd be coming back with bolt cutters.
@@dieseljester Which would achieve what? They'd either put another one back on the next day or call the Police because you're "breaking in to their property". Mind, Option B would just get them shot down by the Police who'd tell them "It's City Property, you don't get to say who does and doesn't use it!"
I had a volunteer at my school that was trans. She was so friendly and ran a lunch event every tuesday for those in the LGBTQ community and allys in the school that wanted free pizza and a place to talk freely about their week, their goals, and all that. Shes so nice and kind! She even gave tips on how to present more masculine or feminine to those who wanted it and gave tips on how to make your voice sound more femme if you wanted it. She was just an amazing and outstanding person who deserves all the good things in the world!
Second story- easy solution: bolt cutters! I own a pair. Eventually they'll get sick of wasting money on locks.
Yessss! now my day has been even better with dark fluff!
GREAT Morning!! Cup of coffee ☕️ and DARK FLUFF! Another standing ovation 👏 my friend!!
I am LIVING for dark fluff stories ❤️
Last story had me dead op is fucking savage
Being a transgender woman I have experienced incidents like the 3rd story before fortunately they are few and far between but I am always careful when I am out and I still have a very masculine frame so most people usually don't want to get into an argument with me
im transmasc and ive had similar (dont wanna go into detail) and it nearly made me homeless. shit is so traumatising
So you're a man. Plain and simple
@@damien678 and you are a female
🤣 that couple who adopted that dog! French Bull dogs are great but need much attention! Serves the folks for being idiot's!
Story #3 OP got very lucky last time I heard of a Karen confronting a Trans individual in a coffee shop in my city a couple years back it sadly resulted in a 1st degree felony for the Karen and a permanent ban on concealed carry in my state 😒
Can't ban concealed carry.
Karen in the smoking section and sees nothing wrong? Hypocritical bench.
Yeah they should have asked her and her son id and moved them before. Or just tell her they already checked his id
This was a rough one. I happen to be Gender Fluid (ie Trans, my gender swaps now and then. 90% Don't Care, 5% Male, 5% Female)
Story #2 let everyone in the neighborhood know. So that way they’ll receive multiple calls to the police. Also if anyone in the neighborhood has bolt cutters have them available
Story #3: although there are designated boy and girl names, sometimes parents give their kid the other or there’s a typo at birth. I once heard of a guy in Italy who was supposed to have been named Luciano but a typo at birth had his name as Luciana. He spent years trying to change it to no avail. So this guy has a girls name but he’s a boy.
10:08 Heh, a padlock you say? Methinks its time to grab 2 wrenches.
The one in the last story, was really patient with the Karen. I do know a few trans people as well, and they are the greatest friends you could ever have. But I do also know that if it was my friends there, it would have gone a whole lot differently.
Think with me it would be with an alcoholic beverage not smoking
Karen in story 3 really said she would have to pay for her congregation to pray for her kid? Is she really that insufferable of a person that her fellows from church have to be compensated for pestering god on her behalf?
Yeah, she needs to be charged with criminal harassment, assault and sued for religious persecution.
Also, I'd call CPS for the minor in a smoking area.
Good stories today. I love listening to stories about entitled people!
Lock on gate? Call the city. They'll take care of that problem.
City, cops, child services, the whole lot.
If someone wants to play the entitlement game claiming exclusive use of public property, I'm sure we could all bang out heads together to give it right back, plus interest.
2nd story: OP should put a lock himself lol
So, the dog story... My partner and I are both gay. We never play that card. I always hate when other people do for whatever reason.
If I had a dollar for every time I was called a freak I'd have $2... Which isn't a lot but $2 is $2.
I would have said, "The only therapy your kid will need will be from developing personality issues under your influence!"
I honestly really wanted to tell her that the therapist is just going to explain what transgender is to her son anyway 😂
@@jewelwildmoontemporaryspar9299 I'd pay to see the reaction to that!😂
@@sakilynn Same! I wanna see if she's gonna start ranting about therapists next or if she's gonna say the therapists need therapy 😂
@@jewelwildmoontemporaryspar9299 don't let me be that therapist. With attitude ~ i'd send her to the padded room.
@@sakilynn lmao now I wish you were. She deserves it and at the same time, I'd feel bad for you to have to put up with a client like that. As someone who lives with a homophobic/transphobic Karen, there's no logic with people like her even if you have years of experience in a field. They always believe they're in the right.. 😅
I'm mad HR capitulated
Hey kiddo! Remember, you can be anything you want to be... just please don't be like your mom!
Great video as usual!
I'm very happy because I got my absolute favorite teacher in my school two hours in a row! Hope your day has been good too!
how dare someone dislike Dark fluff's stories?!
Yea, how dare. Dardfluff is the best in these parts
Probably Karens
I heard a great line from a woman running a shelter "research what you're getting. You wouldn't buy a Ferrari if you couldn't afford the insurance!" Research what you're getting. If you can't handle the poodle don't adopt it!
My father raises and breeds both English and French bulldogs. Those dolts are the worst type of people to give bullies to.
That last remark in the third story made me lose my shit!! 🤣🤣🤣
She doesn’t know she’s putting hateful thoughts in his head? 😛
Brachycephalic dogs (pugs, Boston terriers, French Bulldogs, Boxer, Shih Tzu, Pekinese, Lhasa Apso, Bulldogs) have an insane amount of medical conditions due to the forced breeding getting rid of their about "to look cute). They cost a ton to care for and don't live that long because of it as suffocation is quite easy for this type of dog.
Every time I'm having a rough/bad day and I see a new video, it makes me forget what happened earlier in the day
Story one: I hope they enjoyed fixing, cleaning and paying for the damages that puppy left them. They can't even sue the agency. ಠ﹏ಠ
Story two: Well, maybe, if you didn't put that stupid lock and try to *privatize* a *public* area, you wouldn't be in this predicament, ED! Also, be glad your children didn't fall from climbing the gate. It could've gone *so* *much* *worse* for you. 🙃
Story three: The sad part about this story is the high cost of changing the ID. Damn. I hope OP gets that new ID soon. :/
Story 1 left me smiling too 😊
Story 1: I've met so many people like this it's disgusting. They think / demand special treatment because they are a 'proud' gay/lesbian. Then will pull the victim card the moment they're called out on their BS.
Story 2: Simple solution, bolts cutters. And if they try to claim that its destruction of personal property. Just explain that it was a danger to block access to a public area.
Story 3: Yeah, Karen being a Karen.
That couple in the first story is an insult to every decent gay person I've ever met. And I've met a lot.
spoiled dog owners are the ones who eventually call Cesar Millan lol
Locking a PUBLIC playground? Call the authorities.
Day #53 of telling fluff he’s beautiful too
Day #34 of telling stevo he’s beautiful
I second this
What am i not get something or u misspelled ?
I would get a bolt cutter and cut that lock off
The trans one infuriates me bc i have trans friends going through alot in their lives and ppl like that woman just make it far worse. I've vowed to protect my friends from harm where i can bc of ppl like her.
Everytime I hear Fluffs voice drop a tone i know its gonna be good
I got my last baby tooth pulled out today and watching this is making the day better
The first story almost made me not want to be gay.
Fortunately I have a set of 4 foot long bolt cutters in my house, for those times when entitled parents try to lock public property ;)
"Ruffle some jimmies" well said! 😅
I respect transegenders and cross dresser. They take their dreams and make it real.... although I madly respect the transedresser cross dresser! Ha ha! Met that mad ladd at a comic and toy con. Best day yet.
Ah yes, the “I’ll use my sexuality to get what I want” people are just great ain’t they?
The title of this video should be "Good dog, good dog."
my tiny dog gets around all that. she does not even know "no". her favorite toys are cats. I miss her so much!
I never understood the ‘well we’re/I’m here now’, especially if it’s something that you need to wait for.
Up to $4,000 for a French Bulldog? That's more like the starting price. Don't even want to say the average price. I got two of them instead of a new truck. Thanks wifey.
oi karen you can't just take a random person's id that's a crime you should be banned from shopping malls
