Such a great video. I went to McMaster in the late 80s and spent some time at Bayview. This brings back memories. Cabooses! MLWs! And not a speck of graffiti!
What an awesome video. The good ole days of railroading in Southern Ontario , CN Alco/MLW units, CN and CP standard cab SD40-2's ,CN HR616 unit , caboose/vans especially the TH&B van ,old freight cars and many others now gone. It was fun to watch these old classic videos. Thanks great stuff 👍🏻
Thanks for checking it out. I was going to try and convert some VHS stuff myself, but when I put my box of tapes in a safe place, I didn't think that I made it safe from me. All of this footage was converted by a friend, and I have never tried it myself. I've got LOTS of stuff from back then. RTFO!!!🤘
You've got that right, it will never be that way again. HaHa!!!! just checked out your channel, you are definitely from my area judging from your vids. I am in Utopia, just west of Barrie. RTFO!!! GB🤘
hello everyone, if anyone have anymore train video filmed in the greather toronto, hamilton, niagra falls area regions that were videotaped back in the 1980's decade like this one, please upload them thank you

That was a great era to be a railfan. The graffiti these days is such an eye sore.

Great footage of long gone CN ALCOs and other GO units. Thanks for posting.
It was a great time to be a railfan, unlike today.

High hood GP9's were an everyday occurrence, nothing special back then. More older rail vids coming soon.
